Just wanted to pop a thank you to Nordicbet and NordicBEN!

I must admit that I have not had the best of times on NetEnt in general at ALL the Casinos I have played at. But I would like to recommend them should you have difficulty in choosing a NetEnt Casino.

I have been thoroughly looked after (sometimes even better than at 32Red ). Trust me when I say that 32Red looked after me!!!

Kudos to Ben - He is a patient, generous and overall awesome Casino Manager / Rep. I would definitely recommend you give him a shout if you experience anything bad.

I couldnt agree more, a while back I had an issue and questioned a game, he was fast with the answer and was very generous as well, great representation and genuine care.

I just wanted to chime in cause i feel like i owe Ben-droid at least that: if he treats anyone of you like he treats me, i bet they will be bankrupt soon (slightly exaggerated ofc.)
The man is prompt, clear, and very generous indeed.
NordicBet is the only Netent i play at, and i have been very lucky there, in terms of playtime.
I highly recommend Nordicbet to anyone.

I hear ya; some casinos have great support...but Nordic has Ben. He's accessible and patient andworks with you. I mean, really, how many reps say "I'm in the car on the way to the office and will look into it" then quickly do?!

I don`t think I can add anymore, Ben`s response to any problems i`ve had (and there isn`t many) have been dealt with swiftly and amicably, this guy is the perfect example of what makes that certain difference from being an accredited casino on a list, to being an accredited casino in your own selective places to play at selection.

A toast to Ben a great reminder that it`s not all doom and gloom out there, when we are looking for that safe and sound place to play at.

Yep, have to agree with that, that personal touch goes a long way with me and i`ve only experienced that at the 32Red group, GoWild, Purple Lounge (how the mighty fall ) and most recently NordicBet, I never once got a comp from the likes of Ladbroke`s, Virgin, Sky Vegas, Casino Rewards group - in fact this lot done the complete opposite and froze £75 worth of loyalty points, and they were accumulated over one weeks play, that`s how much I used to deposit and play at that group.

It's been quite a while since I had any contact with Ben, but when I did, it was outstanding.

The few occasions when there has been a problem, their Live Chat has been able to set things right.

I love the statement "I've been very lucky there, in terms of playtime." I seem to meet the WR on my deposits usually, and am usually up at some point in my sessions, I just have too hard a time finding the cashout button!

Don't hold ya breath waiting for one bud. Virgin and Ladbrokes won't give out comps - I asked when I played there and a loss of $3k in one day didn't warrant a Good Will Gesture. Suffice to say, I found 32Red and the rest is history

Amen to that brother , nothing will ever come close to my £75 comp I received from Nedplay that turned into £7500 at one time, my son`s incoming 16th birthday and his new scooter and recent work experience course doing tree surgery in Finland speak volumes about that .
