Technical issues at Kaboo

As some of you might know there is a new casino up and running, called Kaboo. I can see that some teething issues can happend at new sites, and that it is a risk we take. However, I expect the casino to deal with such problems in a proper way.

To make a long story short, last Saturday I decided to take the 100% match at Kaboo with a pretty hefty 60x WR, giving me a total WR of 12 000 NOK. I got lucky at GOT 15-line, and managed to build up a nice little bankroll.

As some of you might know Kaboo has a reward systems that will reward you with tokens that can be exchanged for free spins, for completing certain missions. The two first missions I completed was wagering 2 x 5000 NOK on slots.

Having completed these missions I figured i would have 2000 NOK left to wager, and decided to check, where it said I've only wagered around 8000 NOK. I notified support about this, and they, without checking it up very much, said it was probably due to the missions being counted in Euros, while my WR was counted in NOK.

The next day, when I only had a small WR left, they sent me an email saying they didn't find any errors, and that I shouls wager the 96NOK I had left of the WR. I decided to do that on GOT 15-line, and to my suprise found out that they werent counted.

Now if they had investigated this in a timely manner I would have let it go, but they have used over a week now, and they haven't taken the game offline or anything. I have been promised answers "the next day" a few times, but haven't heard anything without going into the live chat to check. The last I heard was that they thought it was something wrong with the game.

So atm I would be very careful to play at Kaboo with a bonus. If you do, make sure to count your wagering manually.
 
Are you sure its x2 50000 nok? I am sure its 2 Echos for 50000 nok wagered than if so you would of only wagered the x1 50000 nok to earn a rubbish 2 echo's

I have had a couple of small depoit's, The wager is an outrage and the Echo's are poor for what you get, Considering many more better rewards on the market,
 
Mission 1 was 3 echoes for 5000, mission two were the same. Both which I completed to see the WR-counter in the cashier only moving with 80% of 10k.
 
x2 5000nok = 10k is 80% of 12000k nok?


But I am sure when you complete the first money line than the second one increases, My was £500 than the 2nd increased to £550
 
As i wrote, it said i had only done 80% of 10 000 = 8000.

There is an error with their systems, which they also have admitted. However they've used a week to check it now.
 
Only that you said in your first post

Completing x2 5k nok would = to 80% of 12k but if it states only 8k wagered when you say you completed x2 5k bars than its wrong as you say but completing 2, 5k noks is 80% of the amount of 12k wager
 
I noticed there was an error because when the missions I had completed said I had wagered 2 * 5000 NOK, the WR-counter(or whatever you call it) said i had only wagered 80% of that(2*5000), or 8000 NOK... Or 66% of the wagering requirement of 12 000 NOK.

I wouldn't have made a complaint if there was no error :)
 
Its been nearly 3 weeks now, and they still haven't contacted me. And the live chat reps are no help at all. My suggestion would be to stay away from this casino. If you encounter any problems you can't expect them to look into it within a reasonable timeframe.
 
Got a email from them the day after the last post. They said they had fixed it and was nice enough to give me a decent comp. That being said, I tried to wager the comp on GOT 15-lines, and as last time the WR didnt move a single bit.

Sorry for the late reply here, missed this thread.

Glad it got sorted, everytime there is a tech issue like this we always try to sort it best way possible, but its not always as fast as we would like it to be. You can always inbox me here should there be any issues and I will see if i can streamline things.

Also we are aware of the GOT 15line issue and are looking into what we can do to fix it.
