Taking yet another break

So it would seem as if I have hit another stuck point in my online gaming experience.
So let me start you out with a bit of back story.
Apparently as you’ve seen posted around here lately, there have been posts about people being flat out overcharged by processors. Processors being hacked or people within the processors stealing credit card data, then running off with it and trying to drain peoples accounts. Also then there is the good old where the processor just goofed, gave a wrong message to the cashier system. The system didn’t recognize it, so it reflected it as a decline. So then the casinos says there not getting the money, the processor will give it back whenever your authorization wait time expires. To find out only they end up taking it anyways.
So not to get overly dirty on the who, what, when and why.
I have been now promised for over 3 months that I would be receiving refunds on 2 of these so called “soft declines”. To still not see a penny of it back. Granted yes, the casino in question has been more the gracious with free chips, crediting the balance as if it was a real deposit so I can do with as a please, and so on and so forth. Yet is it so much to ask the following few things.

1) When you offer a refund, you should sure as heck, be making sure the said processor provides me a refund. Maybe not instantly, but maybe within 1 to 2 weeks. As I do realize these guys are overseas and it may take a bit longer to process a refund. As it does seem to take them about a week for the transaction to show as settled.
Yet none the less, I shouldn’t be waiting 3 months for my first refund, and shouldn’t be waiting almost a 1 month for my second.
2) When your processor really can’t give me a solid answer as to what I should be expecting to reflect on my prepaid card statement. I think it’s about time to find a new processor. While I realize in the current online gaming climate, especially in the US. I realize this task, may be a bit harder than one would realize. Yet I wouldn’t think that 4 months later, we would still be using I would assume the same group of processors. That apparently can’t send a charge through correctly. So instead we get lazy and post a message in our cashier. Announcing, basically we have given up. Were no longer going to offer any further credit for these overcharges. These charges are beyond our control, and were too lazy to find a new processor. So therefore just deal with the extra few cents to a $1 overcharge.
Yes I realize I do also pay on top of this overcharge, a 3% foreign transaction fee from my bank. It doesn’t mean your banks or processors should be dipping extra in on my hard earned gaming money. When you say, your going to take $19.90, you should be taking $19.90, not $20.70.
3) Yes because I have been maxing out my credit card limit each month, and I applaud you for finally recognizing it. Giving me an upgrade in the players club and finally seeing I have been maxing out my limits set by you. I think by now after several broken promises I think it’s time to move on. Accredited or not, I really don’t think giving me an upgrade. Is going to reverse the damage that has been done over the past few months.

So after those few pointers. I would sit here and go elsewhere with my gaming, and try somewhere else. Yet I’m seeing it’s the same pretty much across the board. No one is really paying out super fast these days, the processors don’t’ seem to be much different, and frankly I’m tired of paying the prepaid card fees to boot. After a while paying $2.95 3 times a week, plus around $15 to $20 in foreign transactions fee a week. I have done the math, I could have put that money into my gas tank, and driven to real casino and not dealt with nearly all of the headaches I have dealt with.
I really hope the place I do love playing at, eventually changes it tune on processors. I really hope they eventually find someone a little bit more stable to process for them. Until then I’m out again for another month. Going try hitting the brick and mortar casinos again. Figure at least there I get a comfy bed, 3 square meals a day, and all the freeze booze I would want. As long as I am playing. They seem happy, and I for as heck seem happy as long as I win something nice every so often.
