Choice seats prices to DOUBLE last years to $2600.00 each. They are trying to get the "scalpers" mark-up directly.

Personally, I have always thought they were way too "proud" of their sport. This is beyond robbery.

Or maybe take all that padding and helmet stuff crap off and play the game unencumbered for 80 minutes instead of the tawdry game it has become where even a slug of a soft drink needs a prolonged advert, where teams change location as and when their fund masters choose.

When you are not paying for the product you are the product but when you are not you should have a say?

It's not lost on people residing outside the USA that the system is inflicting heavy prices both on the field and with the cable providers, prices for sports packages are off the scale, they know the internet model that can provide exactly the same delivery is viable but they expect you to pay twice.

I suspect the bigger players in the NFL are pushing for their own revenue stream with a paywall system but it fragments.The funny thing is the cable providers are governed under the old "Federal Communications Commission" as in telecommunications but really they should be under a "Federal Services Commission" which aren't quite the same.
