Sunrise slots trouble

So maybe I can get some input here, but I think I'm coming to the realization that sunrise slots is a scam. I go to do a bitcoin withdrawl and did everything i was supposed to to have my wallet set up. So then I put in my withdraw and apparently they say 7-10 for the withdrawal to even be approved (and they waited the full 10 buisness days to approve it or course). So then after it was approved they say another 7-10 days for the payment to be sent. And the list just keeps going on and on. It's been almost 2 months and still nothing. Everyday I message them and get the same nonsense
