I have posted this separately but if you have money tied up in their casino / sportsbook you may want to go and read what is being said on Twitter etc. Tabcorp possibly about to pull the plug and people are being urged to withdraw funds...

Of course you can ignore this completely but I just thought I would say...

   Tabcorp’s spectacular failure with Sunbets underlines, among other things, how completely different the U.K. and Australian markets are and how citing Australia as an example of how Minimum Bet Limits could work in the U.K. is seriously (and dangerously) flawed.

This has been common knowledge for a while now. No rush to withdraw though, if they close people will be paid. Tabcorp as massive, its not like they are going bust or anything.

They have just told me to pull all my Sunbets banners as the ASA aren't happy with their bonus terminology. Mmmmmm….I couldn't see anything non-compliant with their set-up so am a bit baffled by this. Also late paying April's commission, didn't receive until, June. Having said that, I doubt a big name like theirs would be going into a nose dive....

Actually it could go bust depending on how they've set it all up - if the UK Gambling Site is a subsidiary independent company there's nothing stopping a big corporation winding it up or making it insolvent regardless of how wealthy the parent company is, although it wouldn't look too good.

Their sportsbook is a joke, horrific layout, stale odds, they dont accept a bet. How can anyone play there lol

Well I was right to be worried

As of today, Thursday 19th July 2018, Tabcorp UK Ltd will cease providing gambling services on behalf of The Sun and Sun Bets will be closing

Fair play to the way they have handled the closure. Thats the right way to do it. Shame its literally the 1st thing they've ever got right lol
