I won $2000 on Staybet after playing for 24hrs, then out of the blue my account went to $32.
Niklas Erikson sent me a callous email saying in some instances i exceeded my bet limit,so confiscated the lot and left me $32 of the original deposit.
I have sent Staybet and Niklas Erikson many emails and have never had a reply.
Disgusting customer support and a total waste of 24hrs. I was gutted

well the big issue is did you exceed the bet limit ?
is so then you might not have a case if its in the terms.

I did ,unknowing that there was a bet limit of 6.5 Euros . I bet $5 au.
It wasnt clear and took me ages to find the clause once the one and only email sent to me said so after taking the winnings. Never have they acknowleged one of my many emails that I've sent.

You must have bet more than $5au since is worth about €3.57 give or take. At any rate most casinos have a max bet rule while on a bonus so it's always wise to check that limit before you begin play. If you violated the max bet rule then the casino is well within their rights to confiscate the winnings. Sorry.

Whether rules were broken or not, does not excuse the disgusting poor customer service, ignorance and lack of manners.

Unfortunate that this is becoming the society we live in :(

Bet if you email one day "I feel a bit guilty today, feel that I have won too much money from your casino, can you halve my balance and donate some to charity and take your staff out for a meal and drinks with the rest" you'd soon get a reply

True and I am not defending the casino but we haven't seen the e-mail on either end so how do we know that the reply from the casino was poor customer service? If the e-mail was to inform of violation of rules and to state original deposit amount is still in the account there is nothing wrong with that. I'm just saying we have only one side here.

Don't be too hasty. If I had a nail for every time I hear "casino was mean / rude / disrespectful / hurt my feelings" and it turns out to be little more than the casino saying "no, we can't give you more freebies" or suchlike then I'd have the market cornered and be the King Of Nails. :cheerleader:

My point is it's easy to slag off the casino people. Without proof it's just hearsay. No offence to the OP intended.

Nothing aimed an anyone at all and I appreciate your responses.

Maybe wrong place but more a "General" manners cost nothing rant that a side taking exercise.

Not defending Casino nor OP, Openly admit I'm a touch OTT when it comes to good manners and nice etiquette

There are definitely ways of imparting the bad news to your customer regarding rule breaking, and some do it better than others.

Being given short shrift and told to talk to the hand is a bit amateur. No one's expecting rose petals but good customer care is obviously a dying art.

Maybe it never existed in the first place, I can't be sure anymore

Well their license is in Curacco or Cup-O-Cocca as Dunover puts it so that is a slight red flag. In the terms it does state max bet of €5 while on a bonus but nothing regarding max bet while not on a bonus. You can always submit a PAB to max so he can help youhttps://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/

Cheers for that, im not a seasoned punter I'll look into that because there was no bonus involved.✌

There was no bonus involved, and you are saying you were told a max bet limit was still enforced on games that aĺl of which will allow the player to bet more than the terms allow?
:eek2:

Are you sure they didnt slide in a sneaky bonus while you were playing?
Otherwise if i am reading that right then, what the ...

Not trying to be Captain Obvious here, but you should read through the T&C's carefully before you start playing especially if you're going to take a bonus. If you are very clear on the rules your less likely to have issues withdrawing. I usually read them and then jump on Live Chat and have the rep clarify anything I find confusing or unclear.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Poor form from stay bet, whoever they are.
So just to clarify, because i'm normally pretty balze when playing with bonuses too. If you make a spin over the max allowed, they can forfeit the whole lot? Shouldnt it just forfeit that spin or come out of you're real money and not count towards wagerough?
Also, what do people think about the word wagerough? i'd like to see it admitted to the Oxford dictionary as new word this year.
