Casino Complaint Stargames stole my money

My account in Stargames was blocked without any explanations from support. I sent them several messages and I got response that they had terminated agreement between Stargames and me without any further explanation. Moreover - Stargames isn't willing to payout my funds - 690€. I played poker there and was winning player, that's why they rejected to payout my winnings. I don't recommend this company to anyone!
 
Hmm, that's odd, it sounds like you are saying they actually booted you for winning too much? Did they come out and say that, or did you deduct that from their actions?

Reason i am asking is i was quite surprised so far, getting good impressions, after trying Novo for the first time there, first deposits went south horribly fast, but then i had a huge winning streak and got 50 up to 300 and cashed out. They only needed front and back of my I.D. and then was paid fairly quickly.

I have had contact with their affiliate guy mostly, i don't think they have a rep here, as they definitely aren't accredited, but i am willing to ask him to take a look at the case, if you can elaborate some more?

Normally they should give some sort of reason, because winning players will also lose, and especially in poker it shouldn't matter, as there mostly the rake is what makes the Casino money..

They didn't say any reason why my account is blocked, I assume it's about my winnings and I've heard that Stargames is trying to remove winnners from their poker 'ecosystem'

We have a zero tolerance policy for posting complaints in this forum. This is made absolutely clear during the sign-up process which you have chosen to ignore.

30 day suspension for violation of this policy. Next time, read the friggin' rules.
