The shocking truth and fact is : They really did!! Unprofessional or nothing but unprofessional ? I say both.
This is so far the worse casino I ever played for real money. When the support was not happy about I question for promotion terms, the simply thread me will close my account if I keep asking questions regarding bonuses why I could not be eligable. How funny is that!
