Today i like to report about a problem from an accredited casino here
My last play on Sportsinteraction Casino was in May 2012 and it gave a little incident which I will tell soon.
Before a few days i wanted to login and play but I recognized a message about problems regarding my account and i should contact support. So, i couldn’t login and contacted Ross here to explain the problem to him. He answered and wrote me that he would come back to me as soon as he knows more about the issue.
After a while he told me that there were problems with my account and that it was suspended. On my inquiry i received the answer that my last payout was received and that the account was suspended now. That’s it and nothing more.
I replied to him that I will post this on the forum, because a behavior like this is not acceptable by an accredited casino.
Prehistory:
Played there in May 2012 and won €2000 what i wanted to cash out. I thought I will receive it in one sum, because at the past time i won the same sum and it was also paid in one sum.
After i wanted to cash out there was showing a limit for €800 for this transaction and i thought what’s that. No explanation from support.
I have split then the amount in 2x €800 and 1x €400. After 1-2 days i received the first €800 but then no more payment.
Also a few days later no more payments and now here begins my mistake.
I played further and lost all but that’s no question, it was my own fault and this isn’t the problem.
I complained it on Ross that I have lost €1200 and asked him why the only paid €800 and not the rest for €1200, because it was requested. (have still the PM)
There was only incomprehensible answers and at the past there was always more withdrawable as only €800.
I wanted to say again that it goes not around that i lose the rest for €1200, it goes around the withdraw policy from this casino. Is that a method from an accredited casino here on Casinomeister ?
Wrote Ross that i find this method absolutely bad and i will not play there more and i have not done for 6 months. Now i must experiences that my account is suspended and Ross makes no movement to reopen the account again.
