Today i like to report about a problem from an accredited casino here
My last play on Sportsinteraction Casino was in May 2012 and it gave a little incident which I will tell soon.

Before a few days i wanted to login and play but I recognized a message about problems regarding my account and i should contact support. So, i couldn’t login and contacted Ross here to explain the problem to him. He answered and wrote me that he would come back to me as soon as he knows more about the issue.

After a while he told me that there were problems with my account and that it was suspended. On my inquiry i received the answer that my last payout was received and that the account was suspended now. That’s it and nothing more.
I replied to him that I will post this on the forum, because a behavior like this is not acceptable by an accredited casino.

Prehistory:

Played there in May 2012 and won €2000 what i wanted to cash out. I thought I will receive it in one sum, because at the past time i won the same sum and it was also paid in one sum.

After i wanted to cash out there was showing a limit for €800 for this transaction and i thought what’s that. No explanation from support.

I have split then the amount in 2x €800 and 1x €400. After 1-2 days i received the first €800 but then no more payment.

Also a few days later no more payments and now here begins my mistake.
I played further and lost all but that’s no question, it was my own fault and this isn’t the problem.

I complained it on Ross that I have lost €1200 and asked him why the only paid €800 and not the rest for €1200, because it was requested. (have still the PM)
There was only incomprehensible answers and at the past there was always more withdrawable as only €800.

I wanted to say again that it goes not around that i lose the rest for €1200, it goes around the withdraw policy from this casino. Is that a method from an accredited casino here on Casinomeister ?

Wrote Ross that i find this method absolutely bad and i will not play there more and i have not done for 6 months. Now i must experiences that my account is suspended and Ross makes no movement to reopen the account again.

Sorry guys that i must reported to you but this isn't the correct way by an accredited casino.

I have played with the Sum of 1200€ an lose, thats my fault. And after this Problems i not played again. There was no reason to post it here before but now that my account has been suspended because I complained thats not ok. And the Withdrawal Policy that is the Problem.

You need to explain why it took you a good six months to post here when Ross had notified you of the suspension of account then. Nevertheless, if this casino had not paid in full the whole amount without explanation and suspended your account like stating the obvious you may have a case. You need to come clean with everything though as something just doesnt seem right.

Its easy, i have no Write because i dont now my Account is suspended.

After this Problem from May i have not played again and not trying to login. The Withdrawal by them i get always in one Sum.. not in two or three and i have never a Withdrawal Limit of 800€.


Yes i have not write this Problem at May, i wanted to do with them any more and my English is not so good. The text above, who translated Zodiac.

I only found out a few days ago that my account is locked, not in May and I found that too much. Just because I said my opinion.


This is all true what i write.

The casino closed your account after paying your withdrawal and you are mad because you can't play?

You are saying that they are a bad casino, they have bad support, they made you play most of your winnings back.


If I were you I would be glad they closed my account.

I never understood why players get mad at a casino that closes their account, especially all of the complaints that are in that post.

If they are so bad, why are you upset that you cannot play there?

He was playing somewhere where he use to win and was able to cash it all out at once. The casino restricted his payouts and he lost most of it.
He never complained back then because he knew it was his own fault for losing it. Instead he stopped playing there.

Now he was willing to give them another chance, not so strange, but instead of being able to do that he found himself locked out, and they refuse to tell him why.

That is his complaint. That they not tell him why.

But I do say as the others Glumbi. Just forget about them. If they don't want your business just go somewhere else.
I don't think they need to tell you the reason.

Ok, so yeah like everyone is saying, don't let that bother you. For every casino that closes your account there is another waiting to treat you right ;),

I would want to know the reason to though. Let us know what they say.

Sure i found a lot of other Online Casinos, but i thinked i have to write this here for Experience with this Casino.
