Hello guys,
I was registered one of the Whitehat casinos..I was deposited 2×£1000. Won £18000. I tried to withdraw my money.they were ask me documents to verify my account which I sent next morning its been 3 week now and nothing happening..Last week I was ask more documents because i was contact them.( i think for AML check).
I was keep contact the customer sevice
but I always get the same answer..patience please your account is still under review..I'm getting a bit frustrated now what is happening..I was registered lot casinos before but the verification never take that long.

Spinyoo of White Hat Gaming Ltd also owe me £3129 and are refusing to pay me unless I send them my P60. They are fraudelently holding my money so I have complained to the Gambling Commission.

No they owe me £3129, I should have googled them before I handed my money over to them. They also got fined by the Gambling Commission in 2019 also which is adding to my worry. I will fight tooth and nail till they pay me my money. I will be calling the Gambling Commission tomorrow also. I think they will try any tactic to avoid paying out, legally they should pay the withdrawal and if not happy then close your account, but withholding money is illegal.

Be patience your withdraw and account still under review..but 3 week just so long time..I think if you want complain you have to complain to spinyoo first after gambling comision...but its take so long time.?

They will say the same thing for months, just look at their trust pilot reviews. They have also closed my account. If you won £16, 000 I highly doubt they will pay that out. I think they have a representative on these forums I've sent him a PM lets see what he says.

Yeah winings was £18,000. I deposited £2000..I tried to withdraw £20.000..but they really don't want to pay..

Thanks Davey last time Casinomesiter members helped me a lot with another casino that tried these same tactics. Lets hope White Hat Gaming read this and decide its not worth these tactics and pay out.

I had 2 operations so was off work for 8 months, self employed went back to work couple days ago and got paid, used the money to gamble and won. Now they want my p60 and tax returns when I haven't done them yet as they're due next month. They are very sneaky they will ask for everything so they have an excuse not to pay you. So i did upload everything..upload p45 instead of p60...Now I'm really hoping that is will be enough..

Wow so many complaints at once! Guys just be consistent and keep pestering them. They have no right to keep our money, they said they withdrew my money but are closing my account which is fine with me, as long as they pay what’s mine.

Hi, Try online suport chat.. its 24 hour one.they will ask some details might they can help you.. i messaging them a lot..probably they think I'm annoying..but I'm frustrated as well can't get my £20.000. Probably they will ask more documents..

Gambling you will ALWAYS lose in the long run. Smart people hit a big one and run for the hills never gamble again. I suggest you get more forceful with your emails like I did as they paid me immediately.

I don’t have a gambling problem only had an issue getting paid out. For what it’s worth I think white hat gaming will eventually pay out but they will make the process very difficult, same as I have seen with many other online casinos based in Malta. It’s best to stick to uk establish places such as Grosvenor, Ladbrokes, etc
