Spintastic ridiculous bonus terms

Hello!

Just managed to finish wager my 100% bonus at spintastic. Had 4000kr when I was done and then a text pops up and say congratz you have just finished wagering your bonus!! My balance drops too 1000kr. I ask the support and they tell me you can only win/cash out the same amount as the bonus was when it started. This is the most stupid bonus terms I have ever seen on a deposit based bonus! Even with a free sign up bonus like ovo casino it feels a bit shady... Complete waste of time. I cashed out 1000kr kr but I just feel like I wasted soo much time by this lol...

Sure its stated in the terms so my fault but I did not see it. I saw the 35x max bet and what slots allowed etc.. since the site looks and works great I thought it was standard bonus terms.

Dont make the same mistake as I did. Stay away from this scam casino that only wanna trick new customers and piss them off. Why not give new customers a treat and end up with happy customers that will make more deposits in the future. Shocking how a casino think that they can become succesfull with these kinds of terms.

It's not a scam, just that the casino has poor bonus terms which you obviously didn't read first! It's one of those 'second chance' bonuses where you play cash first and can withdraw cash at any time and give up the bonus. If you lose your cash, then you wager the bonus which in this case obviously had a 1x conversion applied, so effectively your got your deposit back (assuming there was a 100% match).

Ye your are correct its not a scam wrong choose of word. Ive read the bonus terms and t&c many times now and im still a bit confused how it works. If I had cash balance and could withdraw at any time this would be decent bonus. Ive used alot bonuses like that.

However my balance was bonus balance from the first spin until the last spin (2000kr , 1000 + 1000 bonus). The wager instantly decreased. Thats why i was soo surprised that the balance suddenly dropped 300 euro. I played on computer and it was two big texts over the slot showing cash balance and bonus balance the whole time.

The terms states that normally bonus balance becomes available once the real money balance is 0.

Yes, the balance will be displayed as ONE sum, as it was here at 2000 Crowns. You are though playing cash for the first 1000 Crowns and only go into the bonus when you pass the 1000 point or less. As far as I remember.

Yes its pretty much always displayed as one sum. But when it doesnt even say cash balance in settings or where the cash balance is displayed its very weird. So wager a bonus balance of 2000kr that gets converted after 35x into 1000kr rly surprised me.

I use these kinds of non sticky(I think thats what they are called) bonuses alot of times and its great when its working. Casinowilds have bonuses like this for example. Play real money first and its clearly shown even if you play with 1 sum... If you win you can cash out and only loose the bonus. Then if real money is gone you start wager your bonus money. No cap on them tho lol.
