When you state you had to self exclude from
them the host probably didnt have a clue what self excluded was,
Also you didnt tell him that you actually closed your accounts with them,

You really put your self in this situation, You should of been more TRANSPARENT with the chat host, Actually told hime I have self excluded from sites in your group,
But saying that they should have measures in place to stop this, It looks like they did after the deposit/s, Was they waiting for you to lose? who knows but you should get your deposits back,
I would advise to not use the SE, It pointless in my eyes and can bring in alot of trouble as you found out, a few k's worth it, There are apps you can down load to block gambling sites if you wish to take this route,

So, having had this transparency I made deposits and started playing. At one stage I was down £7,500 and I wagered nearly £20,000 and my balance is £23,300, however, yesterday at 1.30pm UK time I tries to log back in and it says user excluded.
They have sent me official rejection saying I had multiple accounts with sister casino's etc and of course I am NOT denying that I even asked the question outright to Lasse(live chat)
They are trying to say I put myself in a win/win position, and again, they would be correct if I would have quietly joined played won and withdrawn, however, I did not do this, I put myself in transparent position of stating the fact and waiting for permission to play. Ultimately, in hindsight it could be seen as I was in a lose/lose position because they kept my account active whilst I was £7,500 down but closed account as soon as I was in profit!!!
