One of my favourite machines at the casino is Bill Breaker; every time I put in a buck it gives me 4 quarters

and when the 3rd time does work you just play the one next to it that also the exact same machine because it knows how much you put in the other one

I remember once at a B&M casino I was playing one of those multiline slots. This woman next to me was shoving hundreds of dollars into this machine $20 at a time and betting max bet (which was like $9 a spin) - she wasn't hitting anything but every 5 minutes she'd stick a reserved sign on the machine and toddle off to the ATM and come back with another wad of bills and start feeding it again. I couldn't believe it, she must have put like 5K in there within 15 minutes. Finally her husband came and got her, and she didn't want to leave, but she couldn't get any more money so she had to. It was a real eyeopener for me.
