Well, I think he’s saying one of the accredited casinos/groups/their staff is selling customer information without consent.

It’s definitely happened in the past, but really if there is a suspicion and it can be backed up, it’s worth reporting it to the relevant authorities.

However. I refer you back to my question. What’s your motivation here? You said you’ve resubscribed to Gamstop and given up?

Lastly you replied to @Webzcas to say you know how Lottomart reactivation from Gamstop is. I’ll be openly honest and say it’s not great because our systems see the flag and it’s not a simple process to overrule. In my previous business this was also the case. But just to confirm you’ve reactivated from Gamstop, had a bad experience with a couple of business and now looking to Gamstop again?

We have people you can talk to if you want any assistance but generally we would refer you to Gamcare and other establishments who are better trained in how they can help across the board rather than just with us. But please buddy from my own personal opinion of your posts, please do something to stop gambling.

I have made it very clear in a few separate threads what the issues were and who were willing to sort theirs and who have no intentions of putting things right. The notion that casinos perched on a subjective Accreditation list are somehow squeaky clean in this regard is what's puzzling, when many businesses see this as an added money-spinner and likely don't even see this as a problem. And naturally, even the sacrosanct 'Accredited' casinos will do this - perhaps not all, but certainly *some*....

Hell, even had the World Horse Welfare charity peddle customers' info on Social Media and the likes, and they even had the gall to inform sponsors of this fact, which was very kind of them, the cheeky f***ers

I'd like to think more of them care but clearly there is a certain toxicity inherent with working in the industry. If you aint one of them, you aint even remotely worthy.

I didn't have a problem with Lottomart, even butting their head in but now you see the real deal. They find it funny. None of it's funny. The trolling aint funny, the ignorance aint funny but far be it from me to show them where they are going wrong and they improve which leads to them being seen in a better light.

I suppose if you can be ok with taking money off even the poorest of people and not caring if you are destroying families and living off the back of gambling suicide then you aint gonna care a damn about wasting peoples time and mocking them on a forum.

My heart goes out to those who do lose. Get scammed, die, lose their family while the whole industry pretends it cares. You only have to spend enough time in a landbase to find out how much addiction while in poverty is keeping the places open.
