The point being that posting something like this without any details or supporting evidence is like saying “there are aliens among us” and walking out of the room: interesting, maybe, but useless without more info.

It’s definitely happened in the past, but really if there is a suspicion and it can be backed up, it’s worth reporting it to the relevant authorities.

I haven't made a complaint about Lottomart. There's a seemingly (logically to me) very valid reason for that. FYI - my gambling isn't at question here. I have made it very clear in a few separate threads what the issues were and who were willing to sort theirs and who have no intentions of putting things right. Firstly you’re accusing a rep of leaking data. That would not be condoned and if you can provide evidence I know the forum moderators who I know and trust will deal with that.
However. I refer you back to my question. What’s your motivation here? You said you’ve resubscribed to Gamstop and given up?
Lastly you replied to @Webzcas to say you know how Lottomart reactivation from Gamstop is. I’ll be openly honest and say it’s not great because our systems see the flag and it’s not a simple process to overrule. In my previous business this was also the case. But just to confirm you’ve reactivated from Gamstop, had a bad experience with a couple of business and now looking to Gamstop again?
We have people you can talk to if you want any assistance but generally we would refer you to Gamcare and other establishments who are better trained in how they can help across the board rather than just with us. But please buddy from my own personal opinion of your posts, please do something to stop gambling.

I'd like to think more of them care but clearly there is a certain toxicity inherent with working in the industry. If you aint one of them, you aint even remotely worthy.Not sure about the cloak & dagger secrecy and inferred collusion when it's pretty much assured that casinos hawk personal information about.
The notion that casinos perched on a subjective Accreditation list are somehow squeaky clean in this regard is what's puzzling, when many businesses see this as an added money-spinner and likely don't even see this as a problem. And naturally, even the sacrosanct 'Accredited' casinos will do this - perhaps not all, but certainly *some*....
Hell, even had the World Horse Welfare charity peddle customers' info on Social Media and the likes, and they even had the gall to inform sponsors of this fact, which was very kind of them, the cheeky f***ers![]()
