Question SmartLiveCasino huge win - Your withdraw expirience there

Iam completly new here and just want to ask if anyone of you has any expirience with SmartLivecasino?
I signed up there 2 days ago. Yesterday i took a huge win of over 20000 and i have made i withdraw request for it.

Some information of my Withdraw progress. I send over my Identification details and they accepted it.
Now they told me it will take up to one week for the withdraw.
Iam just curious cause i have read about some complaints with SmartLiveCasino.

Iam just a bit scary, because i got scammed by StarGames 6 Months ago for over 3500 and i hope that dont will be the same now.

So if anyone has good expirience with Smart Live please let me know, so I can sleep better

They are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and the player in the second thread finally got his winnings by registering a complaint with them.

Let's not put the cart before the horse though. Maybe they will pay you. But I'm not betting quickly.

Indeed when i recieve the money iam planing to buy a new car.
Ok ill hope that i get payed otherwise online casino are dead for me.
On Stargames maybe it was my vault cause i had an older multi account what i dont remember, but never played real money on it.
