Im a USA player who has been playing at clubworld for quite some time. After a debockle with them about documents November 2010 (which Tom helped me with
) I almost quit clubworld but decided to stay. Although I havent had great success winning, I stayed because they were accredited and seemed trustworthy. I recently submitted a withdrawal on aug 15. It did not get approved/processed till Aug 21. To me this is far too long just to get out of pending. Now its Aug 28 and have not received my payout via ACH. I have not been on here for quite some time and was very annoyed to find out that USA players are having problems getting paid this way. I immediately contacted support again to see if this was true and get the usual vague answers along with the scripted response that i will see my money soon but they have been having problems with this payout method. Apparently they have had this problem for a while. Why in the world would they not let players know this. Now my withdrawal is sitting in some pending ACH cyberspace and I cannot change the method to one that they know works well for USA players. I was told it could be next week sometime and by then it will be going on a month since withdrawal was submitted. This is uncalled for and really quite upsetting. Are USA players running out of options as far as playing at a casino that will actually pay you in a timely manner (if you win!!!). Has any USA players had better quality at other casinos...please let me know
