Slow pays and not keeping players informed at clubworld

Im a USA player who has been playing at clubworld for quite some time. After a debockle with them about documents November 2010 (which Tom helped me with) I almost quit clubworld but decided to stay. Although I havent had great success winning, I stayed because they were accredited and seemed trustworthy. I recently submitted a withdrawal on aug 15. It did not get approved/processed till Aug 21. To me this is far too long just to get out of pending. Now its Aug 28 and have not received my payout via ACH. I have not been on here for quite some time and was very annoyed to find out that USA players are having problems getting paid this way. I immediately contacted support again to see if this was true and get the usual vague answers along with the scripted response that i will see my money soon but they have been having problems with this payout method. Apparently they have had this problem for a while. Why in the world would they not let players know this. Now my withdrawal is sitting in some pending ACH cyberspace and I cannot change the method to one that they know works well for USA players. I was told it could be next week sometime and by then it will be going on a month since withdrawal was submitted. This is uncalled for and really quite upsetting. Are USA players running out of options as far as playing at a casino that will actually pay you in a timely manner (if you win!!!). Has any USA players had better quality at other casinos...please let me know

another marathon withdraw from club world casinos. im not sure if this only happening to usa players, but i thought things would of improved since i last posted regarding the same issue at club world. i have a post about it here if u wanna check it out. mine was a check withdraw and it took a total time of 25 days to get here in the usa. plus 1 more business day for it to fully clear in the bank.

its so funny, theyll be other their proccessors who do deposits, coming up with some new e-wallet right away so deposits are not delayed. but when it comes to players withdraws, seems theyll get to it when they get to it. no big rush. just awful. goodluck trying to get a straight answer for these guys.

oh, by the way i know of one casino that does inform players if there are delays, changes, etc. concerning deposits and withdraws. its 5 dimes. right after you logon a message screen will appear with news concerning current changes/current withdraw problems/times/any other important new info players would need to know. they make you check a box stating youve read these messages before you can continue to login to your account.

for example, i remember one message stating that check withdraws were going to take longer than usual for a certain period time, and other messages like that. if only 5 dimes had better match bonuses, they would be a nice casino to play at more regularly.

3Dice.....they NEVER have payout problems.....the games can be a total SOB sometimes....but you will get your $$ in 3 days or less usually and thats snail mail.

If their CS told the truth, rather than made up excuses, they would not look like rogues.

The truth is that as soon as there are signs that a particular processor is slow to deliver, they suspend all further payments via that processor until they can confirm that players have finally received their money from the suspect batch. This can mean considerable delays to some withdrawals, and it is the lack of communication or bogus excuses given by front line CS that make the casino look bad. CS tend to keep promising a definite timeframe even though these processing suspensions are of indeterminate length. This leads to a string of broken promises to players caught up in such a delay, and this makes it look like the casino is making promises and then deliberately and knowingly breaking them in order to stall the payment further. During such a suspension, the affected withdrawals are allowed to sit in pending for an indeterminate length of time, again with no explanation for this given to the player, and with the website stating that the pending period is very short, after which the withdrawal is moved to processing for however long it takes, which is supposedly around 10 days.

Slow pay for USA players? Communication problems?

These are recurring problems and the casino will be naive not to have realised players concerns on this yet they keep repeating the mistakes. Forget it, they are not going to do anything about it and believe that USA players have nowhere else to turn to but RTG and they have several casinos to cater for them.

Honest communication would have kept me from saying anything here. The BS started with the approval/processing of the withdrawal. After waiting 3 (working days) I contacted cs and was told the cashier had not been in. What??? The next day I contacted cs and was given a different excuse about the cashier but cant remember waht that was but apparently a ploy to stall because they werent going to spill whatever the real reason was. Finally on the 7th day the withdrawal was processed. I got an email from within the casino stating they are sorry for processing delay but I will receive my payout in a few days. Ok...great...I can live with that. That was the 21st. Well by the 27th, no money, no contact from support. I contact them and get a response with no mention of problems with the payout method and that I will have my payout soon. Thats it! Yesterday I came here to find out that CWC has had a lot of problems with slow pays and bad communication. I dont like being given the run around. Just tell the truth...the first time!! Now I dont trust them. I cant spend my money at a casino if I think Im going to get the run around, especially when it comes to receiving a withdrawal because for me they are few and far between.

No doubt Club World had some issues this month in the area of withdrawals and honest communication. However, I did receive a "pay my card" withdrawal in three buisness days after approval and a check in 12 days after approval. But it was fustrating because prior to that my intial withdrawal was cancelled because they eliminated the "direct deposit" option.

1 day to clear the bank is way too amazing...the reason I don't ask for checks is after it gets to me, another 10 business days to clear the bank for us here in tiny Guam.

I got a PM from Tom today. He apologized for the delay and told me that are trying a new ACH withdrawal method and with luck I will see my funds by Monday. When Im playing the games and win or lose...thats a matter of luck. I dont want how and when I get my withdrawal to be a matter of luck. Im not saying that CWC is a bad casino but (CS) please keep your players better informed and dont give them the standard scripted responses when your asked legit questions. Hopefully Monday I will have my money...19 days...(14 working days)

Not sure why they would send you to us for this. Your withdrawal request is from a merchant, and they are the only ones that can assist you with any information. We do not see your accounts at any site, so would have no way of knowing any information related to your account with them.

We would not see any records of withdrawals until they are actually credited to your account here and that is done by the cashier at the merchant.

Then I went back to Club World next day and chatted with Gosia, she said No update yet, but Manager said we will update you as soon as we know something.

I did go to chat one other day I believe the 27th and got this response "The Head cashier has gone home for the day, please check back tomorrow" I said it is 7:15am ca time now what time is it where you are she said 5:00pm.

Funny thing is I always put in my email to get the chats sent to me and I believe it is always sent from CHRIS, at Club World, I did not get the one from Helen, hmmmmmm, or the one from gosia, or the one about "The head cashier has gone home for the day.

I can wait mine is not big anyway, just don't like the run around. Funny thing is I NEVER asked to talk to THE HEAD CASHIER, or ANY MANAGER, don't know why these were used as excuses.

I finally had a withdrawal at Buzzluck which is a CW casino. I was told yesterday that the check had been sent by fed ex. I called fed ex which can do a search by address, nothing showed up, same thing today. Someone in the thread said 12 days to receive a check??? This is ridiculous for an accredited casino IMO!!

I called fed ex which can do a search by address, nothing showed up, same thing today. Someone in the thread said 12 days to receive a check??? This is ridiculous for an accredited casino IMO!!

It takes 5 business days from the time your withdrawal was approved for the processor to send your check. So you get any information from FedEx until the 6th business day. Then it will take 3 days to deliver it. Atleast that has been my experience with CW.

I was having same issues only differently because I use neteller. I was very frustrated but contacted "Tom" from this site and told him my delay issue. Few days later it in my account. Thanks Tom. Time did take a long time I think 15 days but I always think clubworld pays, just having some prolblmes lately for some reason maybe?

I had a very slow ACH pay from cwc and being from the us I know it takes a little longer. What got me starting this thread is after 7 days and my withdrawal still hadent even been processed. Then 7 more days after processing I still had not heard anything about when I would get the money after contacting cs a few times and getting vague answers. My complaint was with the way cs handles questions from players . I had a discussion with Tom (who is very nice and helpful).He assured me that things at cwc will be different from now on as far as cs and that payouts will not be as slow. As of this morning my payout was in my bank account. Thank You!! I know I stated that I cant play at clubworld anymore (I was pissed) but I dont want to go thru all the hoops required starting at a new casino. I think I'll give them another chance and hopefully things will get back on track at cwc.

I think the only option for the USA is the paymycard option and Western Union. I acutally prefer WU even with the fees. It is nice not to have to pray a check will clear. Clubworld group is the only group I have found that does not offer this option. I would choose this over a check anyday or an ACH. Money in the hand goes a longer way then a check in the mail so they say!

This is true, I am just suggesting that he does help if that would assist you. Tom did help me. I think you are correct and not have to everytime but maybe this time it helps? Hope it goes as well for everyone and gets paid soon.

well my view is that im a uk player so they cant give me any excuses but even i have had problems in the past & do feel for you guys where payments are concerned , ive had to contact tom on serval occasions to which i shouldnt anyway , yes i got paid but not to what they state , people moan about inetbet but at least they pay on time , though i have no accounts left within clubworld last one was buzzluck troubles with cashout & followed by a 50% cut in bonuses after i made a withdrawal of 700 bucks shows me the way this outfit is going seems they dont like winners (

I dont touch anything these days that dont payout quick , offer huge bonuses (usually with bucket loads of conditions e.g non cashable bonus , maximum bet restrictions , no hedge betting , and yada yada) , and dont have a good rep.

In terms of Payouts ... if they got your docs for verification purposes on file .. depending on the method of transacting ..i use neteller ...and i had a 72hr wait for the cash from yukon.. id hit live support and check that your verification documents are on file and everything is in order for the withdrawal.

Thank you for that. This was not my first cashout even. It is just the first one that took so long. 15days (not working days all just 15 days). So I was going to report on forum about my next if that would matter or not to help is all I wanted to say.

I don't want to be the pessimist here, BUT...Monday is a holiday in the states, soooo...It is highly doubtful you'll be seeing your money on Monday.
