I have read good things about Club Gold, also here on the forum as a guest. My experience has not been a perfect one.
I made my first deposit and was immediatly lucky. At that point I was able to cashout 1000$. I made the withdrawal request on the 20th of april.
I was requested to send in documents which I did. After waiting a couple of weeks I send them an email. Five days later I received the cashout.
After being somewhat concerned with the duration of the withdrawal I contacted support and asked them in case I make a withdrawal again if it would take this long to process it.
They assured me that it was a temporarly issue and that all withdrawals in the future would be processed in due time. I must say that support was friendly and helpful.
After being reassured, being paid, reading that some members reported slow withdrawals I thought it must be a temporarly issue and went on playing on Club Gold. I made a few deposits then played the slots and hit the luckiest bonus round in my life, ending with a balance of 7800$. I received a bonus so I still had to play a lot. After surviving the requirements and having some fun I decided to withdraw 6000$. I was able to withdraw 2000$ per transaction. So three withdrawals of 2000$ each. This was done on the 25th of may so I expected to receive my win very soon. After weeks of waiting and having not received a reply I decided to contact live support again.
They assured me that the payments would be processed on three seperate dates, the 23th and 28th of june and the 1st of july. After again expressing my concern with the payment delay they said they were working hard to resolve it completely. At this point I was not happy with the delays but support remained helpful and friendly so I thought they are having some issues, I will just wait for the three dates. In the meanwhile I made a few deposits, being rather lucky once again. The first payment I received on the date as specified, the other two payments did not come through. I contacted live chat again to ask about these payments. They told me that they couldn't help me because the payment schedule was not ready at the financial department. They could not explain what happened to the two dates but said they would solve it and I asked them to contact me but I didn't receive any news the next couple of days. After contacting them again they said the financial department is still working on the payment schedule, they said come back monday to find out more about your payments.
They said this a few times, my patience was put to the test and I don't understand why they would ask me repeatedly to come back on live chat and inform about my payments, why could they not solve the issue and send me an email about it?
This was frustrating, I felt like I needed to contact them or nothing would happen. Being tired with this situation I left for a holiday. When I came back, no payments were made. After contacting them last friday - the 20th of july - I was told again to come back on monday.
I told them that my patience was wearing thin and I insisted that they would procceed with the payment on monday. I did contact them on monday and received the news that my next payment is scheduled on the 12th of august and the third payment they couldn't tell me anything about it until the payment of the 12th of august was made.
This would mean that after two and a half months I would receive the second part of my withdrawal. Not having the slightest clue when I would receive the third payment.
The luck I experienced at Club Gold casino was magical, they are taking their time to pay me though.
What's your opinion on this situation? And what would you do?
