I have read good things about Club Gold, also here on the forum as a guest. My experience has not been a perfect one.
I made my first deposit and was immediatly lucky. At that point I was able to cashout 1000$. I made the withdrawal request on the 20th of april.
I was requested to send in documents which I did. After waiting a couple of weeks I send them an email. Five days later I received the cashout.

After being somewhat concerned with the duration of the withdrawal I contacted support and asked them in case I make a withdrawal again if it would take this long to process it.
They assured me that it was a temporarly issue and that all withdrawals in the future would be processed in due time. I must say that support was friendly and helpful.
After being reassured, being paid, reading that some members reported slow withdrawals I thought it must be a temporarly issue and went on playing on Club Gold. I made a few deposits then played the slots and hit the luckiest bonus round in my life, ending with a balance of 7800$. I received a bonus so I still had to play a lot. After surviving the requirements and having some fun I decided to withdraw 6000$. I was able to withdraw 2000$ per transaction. So three withdrawals of 2000$ each. This was done on the 25th of may so I expected to receive my win very soon. After weeks of waiting and having not received a reply I decided to contact live support again.

They assured me that the payments would be processed on three seperate dates, the 23th and 28th of june and the 1st of july. After again expressing my concern with the payment delay they said they were working hard to resolve it completely. At this point I was not happy with the delays but support remained helpful and friendly so I thought they are having some issues, I will just wait for the three dates. In the meanwhile I made a few deposits, being rather lucky once again. The first payment I received on the date as specified, the other two payments did not come through. I contacted live chat again to ask about these payments. They told me that they couldn't help me because the payment schedule was not ready at the financial department. They could not explain what happened to the two dates but said they would solve it and I asked them to contact me but I didn't receive any news the next couple of days. After contacting them again they said the financial department is still working on the payment schedule, they said come back monday to find out more about your payments.
They said this a few times, my patience was put to the test and I don't understand why they would ask me repeatedly to come back on live chat and inform about my payments, why could they not solve the issue and send me an email about it?

This was frustrating, I felt like I needed to contact them or nothing would happen. Being tired with this situation I left for a holiday. When I came back, no payments were made. After contacting them last friday - the 20th of july - I was told again to come back on monday.
I told them that my patience was wearing thin and I insisted that they would procceed with the payment on monday. I did contact them on monday and received the news that my next payment is scheduled on the 12th of august and the third payment they couldn't tell me anything about it until the payment of the 12th of august was made.
This would mean that after two and a half months I would receive the second part of my withdrawal. Not having the slightest clue when I would receive the third payment.

The luck I experienced at Club Gold casino was magical, they are taking their time to pay me though.
What's your opinion on this situation? And what would you do?

Hi,
I had some delays with my withdrawal a couple of months ago, though I didn't have to wait that long as you. You can find more thread about Club Gold if you search the forum.

You should try to contact Carmel the casino representative here
She should be able to help.

Good to hear that things are progressing.

I've recently started playing at ClubGold, and am awaiting my second cashout. While I was very pleased that my first came in well under their stated 96 BUSINESS hour timeframe, I was not holding my breath on the seond being quite so fast.

I made a deposit Friday before you posted, with a pending withdrawal. Lost, but I'm not unhappy about that.

I won't be making any future deposits until you are paid, regardless of whether I am or not. Your time frame far exceeds the 12 business days they are guaranteeing.

While Carmel stated here in the thread I started they were striving to improve the timeframe for cashouts https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/clubgold-the-good-the-bad-and-the-ugly.51502/ I thought that at worse waiting 12 business days would be the worse, and they were striving to do better.

My first cashout was quite quick, given my delay in getting docs to them.

While I regard 96 business hours very as very slow, and not a first line choice for depositing, I'll be doing business with a Casino that keeps to their terms and improves them where possible.

But if you can't keep to a payment schedule, you might lose me as someone more than willing to be a loyal customer.

Carmel needs to give a detailed explanation on why they cannot adhere to their own timetable for payments. If they cannot even keep on schedule they are little different from the rogues ie 'we can pay you anytime we want' and this leaves a big question mark on their integrity. If the situation persists we might need to change the thread title to 'no pay' though its still early days yet.

I am just thinking if their very generous and friendly no wager promotion bonuses are giving them problems? As I would think lot of players has won on this and might have taken advantage. Leaving the casino with losses? This could be reason for problems in payments? I know this is just a though and of course not something I say to put them in problems.

I just now the stories from other casinos who closed down due to them giving out to much free cash or to generous bonuses......

Update 3rd part received

Thanks for the replies!

@Jasminebed
I hope you receive your winnings soon
I received the 3rd part of my withdrawal today so they have payed me within a few days as stated in the last received email.
I agree that the biggest improvement would be to have a clear payment timeframe for everyone.

Glad to hear that as I'm so far very pleased there.

My last withdrawal very early last Thursday, was processed on the Monday, and back onto my card by Wednesday evening. Under a week back to my card is a pretty good timeframe.

Without looking i`m guessing these are not accredited here, but, you can get a shot a shot at them (if they are not on the no can do list) via this......

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/

Read the rules very carefully as maxd will bight your head off if you do not, (it`s his mating season atm and his testosterone levels are through the roof ), he won`t really ;), just read and adhere to them.

I've been 19 days waiting for my winnings while 92 hours the limit would be paid.
And I have a hunch that I still have to wait longer. With pay for play is a lot faster. This is such a bad advertisement for this club gold casino .. Because we are not the only

I shall forfeit any remaining holiday time remaining….

Trying to be a martyr doesn't suit you, and I believe the players just want to get paid in a timely manner.
If they are then you would be able to have your vacation 365 days a year;)

Not trying to be a martyr at all, actually meant to put a smiley at the end of that sentence but forgot and the meaning changed altogether….apologies for that.

I do agree 100% with you, which is why I make it a point to look into all complaints/queries right away as anybody who contacted me through PMs can confirm. I did not however receive notifications of updates on this thread whilst I was away so could only look into the previous query now that I'm back :)

365 days a year holiday sounds tempting……

I am forced to agree with tirilej.

The OP, along with others like them, are waiting to be paid. I fail to see what your holidays have to do with anything......unless you took all the money with you....??.

Nobody here begrudges anyone having time off, but if you're going to be away you should organize a colleague to deal with any CM issues. It's what other reps do. How about an actual floor manager etc rather than the affiliate manager? Players shouldn't have to wait weeks for assistance.

Mentioning that you're "giving up your remaining holiday" to help one player (even though I'm sure it won't be a 24/7 commitment) is unprofessional IMO.

No problem, I have removed the offensive line as I was obviously misunderstood.

Apologies once again

Thanks for removing the line but please understand that the members were only trying to let you know that its your job to assist the OP and any mentioning of a 'sacrifice' to do what is essentially your job does not go down well with many of us. Seeing that you are actively posting on a weekend already makes us feel that you take up your responsibilities well. Now go and pay the player!

No problem at all, I don't see it as a "sacrifice" in now way. I realised I was misunderstood as trying to imply this, but I can reassure you that is not the case :)

I'm waiting for the player now to send me his account details and I will look into his issue right away

Hope you all have a good rest of the weekend...
