I am verified at slotwolf for a cople of years now never had any problmes 2 weeks ago had a cashout about 200 euros got hit with the pow, so decided to try to spend it all but got lucky instead and now have about 1000 euros balance , I and would like to know if there is any change of getting paid without sending such a privet thing(6 moths bank statements), ?

A update to the situation, I end up sending all the documents, but still no end in sight they keep staling,asking questions, and asking for documents that I already provided.

It sems N1 was really lost it...
 
I feel lost, I provide the with proff of some winnings they reply after 3 days asking for other winning proff, this can continue, and after that I am afreid it will be something else and the can continue this indefinably. Would it help I made a complain?
I mean I don't even know why I am posting here I am talking with myself.

Sorry that you were feeling lost and talking to yourself, but I was out for the month of October, so there was one less moderator to catch these threads. :D

The best thing to do when posting any issues is to check the list of iGaming reps here:

iGaming reps

Search for a property name, and you should be able to find the right person that represents that casino. Start your thread and notify the rep that you have done so, and hopefully that person can get to you right away. :thumbsup:
