Slotty Vegas Payment Delay

    Anyone else waiting on payment from here?
    Got an email on Monday to say they were having issues with their payment provider and if I waited a few more days it would be processed or I could do a bank transfer, which to me seemed a bit stupid as they take way longer to process and clear in bank plus it means giving out my bank account sort code etc.
    I emailed the payment dept of Slotty Vegas and asked exactly how long was I going to be waiting and I got no reply even though I got an auto reply of 24 hr turnaround time.

    In my statement on my account it says the withdrawn is "completed" but it's said that since 12 may.
    Have they forgotten about me?
    I withdrew the money on the 11 may by the way.

    I'm really annoyed as they claim to be really quick with process and turnaround time.

    Processing back to bank acc. is about 2-3 business days, so would be similar as withdrawing it back to CC. I would have taken that option.

    EDIT: My last 4 withdrawals from this group (Bet-AT/Slotty) to e-wallets took less than 10 minutes, so they do pay fast!!!

    We have received word from our payment processor that there is a technical issue which has caused delays in credit card withdrawals. We are doing everything we can to make sure that all monies are paid out using alternative payment methods wherever possible and have contacted players to request such details. I really understand the urgency in getting your payment sent over, so if you would like me to arrange to pay you out immediately to any other payment method of your choice, I can get this arranged right away.     I find in Ireland it takes 5plus working days to get to the account and usually to clear a bit more.. But it's been that long since I used that method maybe it has changed!
    I have no problem with e-wallets but they don't have PayPal as an option that I could see and it's the only one I use
