Played a bit on this site during the week and made a few withdraws. Asked CS about flushing but they don't do it. Told me

Generally, 5-7 working days is the norm for funds to be received into player accounts.
For 3-5 working days it can show as pending - once it shows as complete - it can still take 2 working days to be received from our automated payment system.

I don't really get why it's so slow compared to other sites. Most of the ones I use take 3 days from cash out to bank. On the plus side They do have a good range of games on there some which I haven't seen on other sites and the CS rep was very helpfull.

I do play across this network, When 1st appeared there was not much games, Terrible lag and cut offs and CS were terrible,

I can say they have come up in the world a bit, Games are running alot better, CS seem to have waken up, & Games are getting added on a daily basis just about, Only down side is the withdraw, My my experience they do work weekends and I have had cash outs Saturday & hit my account on Sunday although it was date stamped for the Monday,

There normally on hold for 2-3 days but as soon as its out than always in my bank the next day,

Also the bonus used to be 25x bonus But now they have boosted this to x35b which is not to bad, They do give the odd few quid away but most of them have a 50x wager, But last few there have only been x35

Sort out the withdraw times and all will be good, For small rollers bingo stars and health bingo have a daily casino match bonus for £10 with 35x bonus wager

Castlejackpot used to have a Friday 100% match but got drooped 50% and this is when it was only 25xb

Talk about timing, I just had a email for my docs of one of the IPS sites which I withdrawn yesterday, I do not no why as only sent of to one of there other sites a week ago and all the same banking?

I guessed that, They are slow, I just had a email about docs a few minutes after I first replied, Just over an hour I sent docs of I had a reply that they passed, So why on earth is withdraw still pending? What harm would it of been for them to deal with it than?

Sites are going to get a sting one day, Thres going to be so many pending withdraws and people reverse only all to get a nice hit & withdraw a hole lot more than if they sorted it out b4 hand

I had a felling it was from slotto and not slottocash, Just waiting on the conformation, I do play them sites on a reg basis and should not, But only sites I seem to be lucky at? I go drop 20 in main sites and gone in a few mins, Go do another 20 and gone again, Before I no it 60 has gone? I would not mind as long as I got my moneys worth, But as soon as I go to a non accredited site that I no is fair and you get paid its a different story. Get good play time and always receive money even low it takes a few days, As long as you not reverse its all god, But I have just had near enought fact that moneys on hold for a reason, I was not told that but if not than why when docs approved and you are the working on the banking side than why not push threw the withdraw?

If thery are from banking and got time to approve my Docs than why not withdraw it ? Why let it sit there

Slotto bad practice

I wanted to pipe in on this thread and make you aware of the IPS casino group.

I have accounts and have played at most of the casinos in this group since they came about, i have deposited thousands and also withdrawn several thousand.

Yesterday i made a small deposit of £30 on slotto taking there 50% bonus like i always normally do to extend my play, i won a bit and put in a withdrawl for £600, because of there long pending withdrawls and option to cancel, i ofcourse revearsed it and played a bit more (lol) i managed to win up to £1000 and then put in the withdrawl.

I then today received an email from slotto stating -

Without any reason they have done this, and I doubt ill get my winnings to the full 60 days have passed if I even get them at all.

This leaves a bad taste in my mouth and the only reason i think that they did this is because 'I won', there is no other reason why they would do it....

I am pretty upset about this and im getting tired of casinos having bad practices like this.

Wow that's pretty disturbing to read, The only reason I jump in on this group as I play them also, If they are playing them tactics than it does not look good,

I wonder what the individual casino's think? As this must of came from the IPS as the sites are operated by different company's / People, I do know that a few of the sites belong to the same company,

Was there a reason giving? My guess is that they think you took advantage of the bonus? They do not have the best any way, I believe slotto has a 50% Daily mach

Am i really gona have to wait 60 days for my £1000, i really hope not , there 10 day payouts are bad enough....


slotto have unlimited reload 50%, i did not always use it and i have many times deposited without bonus across most of there sites...

i think they just dont like me cashing out i have probably cashed out nearly 10k from IPS sites, but im sure ive nearly deposited that much if not more.

i felt like escalating this contacting IPS and making a thread here, although its normally pointless since this is in there terms and conditions..

They do have a good pending so at least you will not that headache no more,

I withdraw Sunday and came out yestoday & in bank today,

I also withdraw from verajhon Monday was out by Tuesday morning & not in my bank yet, At least it was not on hold at verajohn to temp me, If I was using ewallet for VJ than I would of had it ages ago, I have not a clue what banking system they use,

For instance if I withdraw from places like Betspin or coral than normally in my bank next day thats including pending period as long as its not late at night

Best casinos by far for withdrawl times is skyvegas and vegas william hill, when i withdraw back to paypal from sky vegas its in my account within 2 hours and no option to reverse it (love it) william hill 24 hours max.

But these casinos rarely have any decent promotions.

I dout it be 60 days, As this will be against the U.K regs surley about delayed payment ?

I wish I was bared from them

Save me a good money, Unless there is a good reason than take them to small claims, Only less than 100 quid and will than have a bad name against them, This will work out for us players in long run also, No one has a right to hold on to money for that long even if in rules

Just because its in there terms does not make it right, There is alot of rules across many of sites and I will bet my bottom dollor on this if U.K regs seen than they been soon gone, But no matter what rules they have courts look at things diffrent, I will be more than happy to help you out,

You tell them court jugdes they be paid whan the government feels like paying them, Remember we pay them also

Yes I had a felling that they will nothold on to it for that long, PAB will be pretty useless in this case, Chek your acount bet history / withdraws, Alow sometimes this can be pointless as on some there sister sites I have some pending that have already hit my acount
