I would like peoples opinion on this. I wont be pitching a bitch as I will either go to county court or the UKGC
I opened an account with Slotto.co.uk
I read the terms (Or so I thought) in regards the bonus (
14.0 being relevant
I played and got my balance to £800 while playing. I played on roullette, blackjack and slots. II withdrew £500 and was paid to debit card. I carried on playing roullete after being paid and got my balance upto £1800 and withdrew that.
Couple of days later I had an ID request so no big shakes. Sent some things off which werent accepted so had to get some other stuff. I then received the following email
Hi David,
Thank you for your ID, your account has now been verified.
The withdrawal that you had pending of £1801 has been cancelled and cleared due to breeching our terms and conditions for your deposit match bonus:
In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of all deposit matched bonus. There is a maximum stake of £50 per bet until the playthrough requirement has been met. For the purposes of this rule a Bet is defined as one roulette spin, one dealt hand in any table game, one slot spin or one play of an instant win game (this includes multi-hand/play games).
You have unfortunately breached this condition of play and the cash won (£1801) from these impermissible bets are void.
We will honour the £500 that you have already received as this was an internal error.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards
David

My argument is thus.
1. Why make me go through KYC when they werent going to pay
2. They only removed the winnings AFTER I passed KYC. This seemed to be left as a carrot for me to waste my time.
3. The T&C in regards this is under the heading of "Tax Information" so no, I didnt read it. Same as I dont read the intellectual proprty terms or similar
4. Without prejudice to 3, the rule is no bet over £50 while you have a bonus, Why not set the software/Bonus tool so you cannot do this.
5. Look at the terms. Every new term is on a new line. There are over 220 lines of terms and condition and only one of them is not set out correctly
14.1.16. Tax Information
Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any winnings awarded to you are your sole responsibility. 14.1.17. In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of all deposit matched bonus. Any cash-in derived from bets larger than these limits before playthrough requirements for that bonus have been met will be void. The value of the cash deposit will remain on the account but bonus balances will be forfeited.

From the above. you see the main header is TAX INFORMATION, which I skipped and then the line refering to the limits is on the same line with no tabulation. Theres over 200 seperate terms listed but this is the ONLY one thats not started on a new line.
I am a seasoned player and do check terms anally.
The winnings they have confiscated are not from bonus money but money they claim was won in breach of the terms.
