Slotsmillion withdrawal delay

Well, this is where the Meister Minions can step in. We have over 150 of them, and there are only four recent reviews from them - a rather disappointing turnout:

Testing your patience there aren't they lol

Once verified you should not have a problem, I know they can be very picky but they have to be these days.

I must send in my bank statements soon so there will be no issues for me if I ever win there :D

They not a bad casino just slow :eek2:

@smcinoz I had trouble with them as well as you know, but you just need to be persistent. With my extremely long delay, I just did the whole yes sir, no sir, three bags full sir for a few weeks. When that fell upon deaf ears I filed a PAB. @Thomas-SlotsMillion took ownership of the situation and chased everything up for me within about a week or so of filing the PAB. I was just as frustrated as you but if you can show you’ve supplied everything to them and haven’t done anything untoward, the PAB will help for sure.

In regards to the PDF and bank statements only being issued officially every three months, I simply did a display all transactions search on my bank website, and clicked print as PDF from the File dropdown on my browser. For me, this generates a bank branded PDF file and they accepted this as proof of all transactions from Period A to Period B. I know you said you’ve got that under control but maybe just check if you did what I did.

I know it’s a PITA but these are the hoops we have to jump through to play online it seems. Especially for me, since all my drama was experienced on my very first withdrawal, alongside my second. My fourth withdrawal from them took a week real time, but 5/6 business days. I don’t want to sound shilly here as customer experience is absolutely everything for me when choosing a gaming provider, but Slotsmillion haven’t NOT ever paid me, just taken their sweet time. And since @Charlotte is now no longer their hands on rep here, @Thomas-SlotsMillion really has shown that there is employees there who will fight for a resolution for the player.

How do I apply to be a MM? I’d love to start contributing to help other users, albeit with a limited range of operators I can currently use due to location.

They have said payment has been resent

Still nothing in my account

Start the song and dance again in a few days once i have given it 10 working days as they ask for to allow it to arrive.

Give it about 3 business days from today, once they “resend” I’d expect it to hit you by then. Hit mine 2 business days after they advised it was on the way “again”.

Currently on day 9 on waiting for a withdrawal from last week.

I have remained quite neutral and objective to them through a lot of flak, but I will probably need to reassess where my money goes after this payment hits my bank.

Closed my account Down here withdrawals are a nightmare and support are useless dunno how these are still accredited going down the pan this place is better places to play if you ask me!

I'm still waiting on my $1500 bank withdrawal from 11 April. VIP support didn't even bother to respond to my follow up enquiry. I've now stopped playing at SM as I have lost all confidence in their ability to pay. What's happened to this casino as they used to be first class and now seem completely untrustworthy.

Again support not living up to the oxford dictionary meaning of the word.

A bit of honesty and integrity goes along way with issues like these.

Was only until seeing other posts here and chat with rep that external payment processors even mentioned as an issue.

Why can the support contacts not divulge this information. It may make some people think bad things about the place. Id much rather be told the facts regardless how horrible it may be instead of generic copy of paste BS. I think cloak and dagger is far far worse

Gave them until today for my withdrawal that was approved on the 16th May to hit my account, once I get this I will not be playing there any further.

I can deal with a longer wait time if it were consistent, but to have experienced such variance of a couple of days and then a month or more, just isn’t worth it.

@Thomas-SlotsMillion can you please follow up on all these withdrawal delays that people are experiencing and explain what is happening as people are closing their accounts :(

I can understand withdrawals to bank-wire takes longer but not a week or month.

Would be great if you can update us all and look into improving on payments time frame :)

External processor issues

But what that means i dont know

1) processor not doing its job and ripping them off
2) payments bouncing
3) supposedly going through a billion intermediary accounts
4) funds stolen
5) funds frozen

Provide realistic timeframes to people. It can feel as though you are being lied to.

Problem none of it really gets told to you. Try passing on some factual information to your client/customer . You do your brand more harm and embarassment keeping people in the dark. Stringing people along hoping for the problem to disappear / people to give up.

I would be very worried. Even if they will pay the pab folks, they propably won't to several others who are not filing pab:s and do not know where and how to chase their funds.

Another semi trustworthy malta licensed casino royrichie which paid under 1 day went under during the winter. They also were top notch much like slotsmillion once was. I mean slotsmillion paid withdrawals without a hassle under a couple of hours , a couple years ago. It was very much the same with royrichie withdrawals paid almost instantly, then suddenly they took weeks to pay, until they just disappeared from the internet one day.

Add me to that list. Payment supposedly sent 22'nd May (have email) but still not in bank account. Sure they appendage a 7 - 10 working day clause for wires, but EFT's in 2019 are super quick.

A few months back sent a wire to USA, that arrived within 3 hours, and a couple of weeks ago received a wire from the UK. Sent at approx 2pm GMT (11pm AEST) and was credited to my ANZ account by 11am the following day. Realistically this 7 - 10 working day time frame is Hogwash. If Slotsmillion aren't holding my winnings, then someone else is.

VideoSlots would pay me to wire within 2 days, no reason or excuse why SM can't follow suit.

For customers based outside Europe and requesting withdrawals via bank transfer, the main reason for the recent delays is due to the fact that we use a third party processor and sometimes payments go through several intermediary banks before reaching you.

think it’s just the intermediary banks that stuff us around

Maybe a day or two extra but not to the extremes currently taking place.
With a couple of past payments received, will ask my person business banker to backtrack these wires. Lets see where the bottleneck/s are, or if they actually exist at all.

What annoys me most is the inconsistency of payment. Yes, if they have to route money through a bunch of intermediates due to the landscape of certain markets, I understand. But to have it sometimes take 2 business days, then 4 and a half weeks of business days and everything in between is more than a joke.

If I knew it took 3 weeks, every single time, I’d be a lot happier than having one week being two days and another being a week and then another being a month.

if they have to route money through a bunch of intermediates due to the landscape of certain markets

My VIP manager informed me the 3'rd party processor is: aramorpayments.com (located in Canada), SM use them to make payment to certain markets. According to the Aramor site, "We have access to over 30 banks and payment partners worldwide to help support your business".

If that's the case, routing through a "bunch" of intermediaries outside of their Strategic Partner Network seems odd. More so, when factoring in the increasing delays, which seem to be getting worse and worse. It's not only Wire Payments, but SM actually processing winnings.

I believe some members have waited 7 days or more to receive web wallet winnings, which are not processed by Aramor, instead it seems SM do that directly.

Besides just because a bank's international wire Dept., operates M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm, outside of these hours banks still operate 24/7, so too does Aramor. Don't wish to sound like a doubting Thomas but too many things don't add up here. Starting to resemble cash-flow issues.

5 working days (7 total) and still no winnings.

I recall, several years back, that their casino rep here was very responsive and coped well with all issues/complaints. The fact is he seems to be missing despite all these negative posts and that is very worrying. Usually, this is a sign the casino has financial difficulties. I wouldnt touch them at all until everything has been sorted out.

I give everyone a chance - I've given SM 3.
Yes, they pay eventually but imo that's not good enough, especially since SM are fully aware of the problem, and have been for months now. Wont be depositing further.

Just received withdrawal 10 minutes ago. Also the third time I have spent waiting excessively. They will be lucky if I decide to risk it and keep playing, but after being very fair and giving them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, I think that’s me done.

Payment arrived , thankful not to have to go through the non payment process all over again.

So arrival was 10 days after being resent eventually.

I have no problems with 10 days for a payment by wire. But the issues regarding missing payments due to THEIR payment processors needs to be resolved.

The payment processor issue are the casinos problem not the players. A bit more understanding of that fact might make steps that need to be taken to assist the player to get paid be a bit better. Give your player more information when their are problems.

Just think of it this way, the longer you wait for your payment the better as you won't spend it, saving see

Honestly why on earth are people using this casino. Payments that slow are almost rogue, clearly they have money issues as no normal casino stalls payments.

You got so many casinos who pay in minutes and people keep.pumping money into places like this.

When they go tits up we will have loads posting about money missing. Yet ha e had plenty of warning.

Amazing.

For some of us there is not very much casino choices at all, country restrictions :(

If i knew of another similar casino/s id have a crack. They have a much wider selection of providers than most that i can play.

Set a deposit limit now whereas before id be happy to dump a chunk every few weeks

Pity no ongoing rewards program like VS used to have

Had my dislikes about VS but least they paid in lightning fast speed.
When they couldn't pay back to card or wire (for people in certain countries) they paid via BTC. That's being proactive.

I received an email today from SM's account department saying my $1520 withdrawal from April has been returned and they will reprocess which will take another 5-10 business days.

While this is indeed good news as I had written the money off in my head I'm pissed at SM as their support could not even be bothered to respond to my emails about the status of my withdrawal over the last couple of months not even once.

Below quote posted 30'th May 2019. The payment finally arrived, though it took 9 working days.

Still nothing for me :(

I've got a feeling SM have changed their processor.

Withdraw $1,550 Thursday 25'th July 2019. Its hit my bank just now (approx 7:30am) Monday 29'th. Less two days for the weekend. That's approx 36 hours from being processed to arriving. That deserves notation. Have another $900 (locked) will contact VIP today to have that processed. Hopefully that payment arrives just as quickly, I'll keep this thread updated.

@Thomas-SlotsMillion

That $900 also arrived in approx 8 hours.

Wanted to reach out and say thanks to SM for stepping up to the plate and fixing their payments processing issues. Good to know feedback here is taken onboard. Your new processor has once again excelled. AU$1,050 locked Wednesday, processed same day (without an email to my VIP manager).

That arrived just now in bank account. From approval to receiving payment, approx 8 hours. Well done SM!

It's the fastest wire payments I've ever received from a casino :)

@LadyJelena - thanks for that info :)

Now that SM have streamlined both their payment approval process, and are sending wires in record time, hopefully they can now set about improving their VIP Dept. Email response times are generally slow. Sometimes it takes 48 hours to get a reply during business hours. If it pertains to a number of replies needed, it can take a week to get an answer and or resolution. Which isn't very VIP'ish at all.

Sometimes email aren't even seen (according to them, they've sat in the spam folder).

TBH, I'm sick of forwarding unresponded email to them all the time.

Unlike others it seems AU players don't have Live Chat. Instead, the only option is generic support email, which take at least 4 days to get a reply.

When the new SM rep jumps on board, I'm going to have a yack in his ear about it.
