@CharlesSM - What about PayPal as a deposit and withdraw method? Also have you made withdraw times faster? That is why I stopped playing at your casino a few years ago, due to the face they was painfully slow usually had to wait over 3 days or more for them to be processed to ewallets...

They do have PayPal, and have done for, well, ages. I used it only the other day.

Yeah I know that now. I logged into my account after I posted it to check lol. They did not have it as an option when I used to play there in the past. But I have not played there for the last few years. So they must have added it since then lol.

But to be fair. I noticed when I logged in that they added a £300 limit on my account. So that basically is going to limit me. I still will not be happy with that group. They was shit in the past and the fact the Rep seems to have been AWOL again since Nov 9th shows me that they still are not caring for their players.

I now found another casino again now anyway Skol Casino. I will see how it is there and how fast their withdrawals are and will then decide if I will be using that as my number 1 casino :)

So I will not be bothering starting to play at slotsmillion casino again.
 
I like Slotsmillion, but their withdrawals are SLOW. When compared to their closest rivals.

Had been playing here for 1 year, initially after signing up, just when I was finished with online Casino's, I decided to join here for one last go.

After, 1 month and around 1000euro of deposits, my luck came to life. I hit a 470x on a 10euro bet, not my normal spin stake(usually 1euro and under) but I was on a hot streak. Up the bets and all that.

Withdrew 5g. Sorted no problem. 3 days or so after verification.

Great, My luck has changed biggest amount won after years and years of playing.

Cut, a long story short for now,

Roll on 1 year December 2020, took a month time out break with responsible Gambling Tools.

Account came back at the end of Jan 2021. 1 week later, got a email from them to upload a SOW.
Nothing on site to upload the SOW. Passed no remarks, continued depositing weekly due to their amazing Bonus rewards to me. Think at this stage about 4000euro they gave me in total over the course of a year, think at least one month there must have been 20 days of cashback and bonuses. (Lucky me eh?)

Anyway, continue on too March 16th, I made a 30 euro deposit and low and behold after a year of unbelievable losses and after 12 hours of spinning, I miraculously made my way to a 9000euro account balance.

Nice one, I'm done, I've now just about broke even give or take 1g.

I go to click withdraw, button is disabled, money can not leave account nor can I deposit, yet early this morning I could as normal.

You know where this is heading....

4 hours later, account balance 120euro, I'm sick and mentally fucked, complain to Livechat , how convenient it was for them not to allow any withdrawals leaving my account. I mean, why could they not have just booted me out and locked account until what they say was times up on the SOW at whatever time they decided to do this?

Sent emails at 8 pm for them to release the 120 to my withdrawal method.
By 12pm the next day logged in, 120euro still sitting there, played it to 1 cent in an hour, still could not withdraw and no response from emails yet for the past year it has never been for me less than 3 hours for a response , normally within the hour.

Anyway, left the 1 cent for the reason too see when the withdraw button function would resume, it came back on that day around 5 or 6pm. And not a word from Slotsmillion.

My other post on ADR is them so that is were it ended up.

There response was at different stages that morning I was free to withdraw, outlining them, but I never tried at any of those time, only when I was ready to withdraw. So oblivious to me. And also they cannot see any attempted withdrawals. Well, shit of course not because the withdrawal button was blocked from initiating one!
Other responses, was them trying to cover tracks, like that the next day that I was able to withdraw again around 10am, simply not true.

Also, they said sorry and it was there mistake. Fcking mistake aye right I'm sure....

So, just putting that out there, as unless I make a claim through small claims court or follow up with a lawyer there is no recourse.
Because also the MGA when first contacted them and explained , they were the one's who advised me to contact the ADR due to breach of contract.

I know, I am the stupid one here but at the end of the day that is still some dodgy shit, in my eyes.

My 2 cents.......Nothing has changed here, slow customer service, withdrawal limits, asking for outdated documents, live chat hours limited, slow response to emails, to compound matters I requested an account closure for the above mentioned reasons and what I got in return was a self exclusion with links to gambling help groups, its like my email wasn't even read, I used to defend this place when they were slow paying people, I now can see the issues have not gone away.

I used to love the casino. Until 1June 2021. That Day Germany launched new online gambling laws and like so many others, slot million left the market.

Much like their customer service, they answer emails when they feel it suits them, they took my deposits without issue, this place is a shithole with zero care for their players, the capped my withdrawal without a bonus, no ability to lock it because of my documents needed verifying, I locked my account there for the last 6 months, I was fully verified until my locking, since my reopening I have only dep'd using Interac, yet they are demanding a credit card statement from the time I last used the card before I locked the account 8 months ago.

Live chat was unavailable, took them almost 10 hours to answer an email, when I finally got fed up and asked them to close my account for the aforementioned reasons, they replied in 1 minute telling me the put me in indefinite self exclusion and supplied some links to gambling support sites, this is he farthest thing that was stated in the email, I replied telling them that this is a self directed closing......crickets

I do not want any form of self exclusion at any casino for numerous reasons, and if that is what I wanted I could have done it myself.

Steer clear of this place.

Well, that certainly explains it, though just to vanish into thin air without any explanation is a bit shitty IMO when having started this thread with promises.

Maybe I'm just too Finnish. We tend to keep our promises to a fault and make sure others keep them too. I mean, until the beer and vodka kicks in, then all bets are off. ;)

There has been no active rep for some time, there may be a rep but not active, my queries went unanswered, it was easier to give up than waste any more time with this clip joint.
