I logged into my slots million account yesterday and was offered a bonus of 30 free spins on depositing 20 euro. I made a deposit and received the 30 free spins. After playing the free spins I had won a total of €2.70. I then left the free spins game and started to play another game. I was aware at this point there would be a 35x wagering rule. After playing for some time I hit a win that brought my winnings to €795.46. Immediately I noticed my balance reduced to €300. I kept playing assuming I had to meet more wagering requirements for this to convert to cash. When this didn't happen I contacted help to enquire about the missing €495.46 to be told there was a conversion limit on this bonus along with wagering x 35. I emailed the site to request a full list of all my transaction and bet amounts in that whole session. I have spend most of today going forward and back with them. I manually added up all my bets up to the bet where I won the money they confiscated. By my calculations I would need to have wagered 94.50 before the conversion took place. I on placing the bet that brought my balance from 108 to the €795.46 had wagered €99.45 so as far as I was concerned I had passed the wagering and any funds as a result of this should be mine. I was then told that the conversion limit of 300 meant that any winnings would be reduced to 300. I argued I had met wagering before the big spin and was told I had to disregard the last €5 bet I made that led me to the big win. That meant that I had in fact wagered €94.45, 5 cent short of the wagering requirements. I am absolutely disgusted with this conversion rule. I think it is very unfair that There is a conversion limit and also a wagering limit attached to spins. I have tried arguing my case but am getting nowhere.I bascically lost €495.46 because I still had according to them had 5 cent to wager before the bonus funds were converted to cash. Can anyone advise me further on what I can do
