I guess i didn't understand their bonus terms properly. Apparently the 700.00 bonus I got isn't cashable so I can only cash the rest of my winnings. Likely will stay away from their bonuses in the futue but happy I have a decent amount to cash out anyways. Will provide details on how the withdrawal goes once things change status. unfortuantely only way to withdraw is wire transfer...no idea how long that will take.

i was speaking to support again about my withdrawal and i've been given instruction to provide my id and other things. apparently i was sent an email (which I never received and it wasn't in my spam folder either). Kind of disapointed i wasnt told about this by support when i last contacted them as it's beein in limbo since my request on Friday. Will provide my information and let you guys know how it goes.

is it normal for them to ask to call you? Never been asked for that before. Anyways i sent them the desired documents. Hopefully this is resolved soon and hopefully they dont call me at an inconvenient time...kind of annoyed it has to go that far you would think all the other documents would be proof enough. Wouldnt be such a big deal if i could be the one calling them and not the other way around.

That's good they are expanding but one problem, They still don't have any withdrawal (or deposit really) options. :( Also we Canadians can play on there? Specifically from Ontario.

We offer Etransfer / direct credit or debit card transactions and Bitcoin deposits. You can also cash out via BankWire and Bitcoin. Bitcoin is usually 24h and BankWire clearance should be no longer than 4business days.

What deposit / pay out options you usually use ?

Thank You, I just found out i was verified and just did the verification phone call. I should receive the funds next week via BankWire. Will post an update once that happens.

Right now I’m waiting for there sister app roaring 21 to pay my payout from 3/30 I’ve never had an issue before but I had closed my account, cause for 2 months strait I won NOTHING, so I closed account reopened it 5 weeks ago I hit TWICE ok but I have not to this day received my payout wensday will be 2 weeks won $1120 an another payout is due wensday of 500 date payout was 3/6 before no more then 5 business days it would post in you bank now Im lost for words am I being robbed scamed i should of been paid out days back I will give an update I. A couple days as to if I do get my payout im very upset as to why this is going on all my info was correct an verify

my withdrawal was processed on the 11th and as of today I am still waiting for it to reach my bank account. I'm guessing the holidays affected the time frame somewhat but that goes to show they need to have better withdrawal methods....for example MuchBetter or eTransfer

Prior to this issue I’ve never had a problem, my wired funds would allways hit my bank account no later then 7 days 5 business days is the time frame.now it’s 3 weeks today 21 days and 2 weeks for the other payout total of $1,400 my main issue is I can’t get the cashiers or Processers to respond while support even said they contact management to speed this up still no reply Im very hot I borrowed cash thinking id be in receipt so I’m screwed now. I will update this if I get funds or if I don’t.it’s an accredited casino so let’s wait an see

Until they add more withdrawal options I won't be going back to this casino for sure and will from now on pay attention to withdrawal options more on any site I use. As well I should have read the bonus terms better as I would have opted out but that's definetely on me.

Overall happy I got paid and thank you to the rep on here @Karolina-CasinoMax but there is some learning here by me and hopefully them...biggest thing is withdrawal options for Canadian users

Me thinks Canada might become a bit complicated here. Hopefully our cousins in the Great White North won't be screwed by overbearing and draconian regs like out brethren in the UK.
