Slotocash Vegas Lux max bet a measly 1.50 now

I mean I have personally never seen this before but the max bets used to range from 1-5.00 and then jump to 12 bucks, 25 bucks...

It's now 1.50.

Is that normal to see games max bets change?

Oh wow I see slotocash is not recommended here at CM anymore, when did that change? But it seems fitting with how they're being.. Is this email normal? I have played there for years and this is how a loyal customer is treated? This is total bullshit it's not like I crushed Vegas Lux, I have had like 2 nice cash outs from it. Is this PAB worthy? Because I think that's sheer bs.

There was a warning issued in January 2024 here, two cases which involved changing terms retroactively and trying to confiscate player balances, and a third including a significant $200k+ progressive that they were drip-feeding to the player (5 weeks of radio silence, then $5k a week) while shouting it from the rooftops to their audience.

There's been a marked increase in player issues over the past 12-18 months, so naturally people will start asking questions about honesty and solvency.

Regarding this one - if it was a site-wide change then that is an operational decision of the casino, if it was a stake-restriction applied to you individually (or a small group) then that's an unusual one but still likely to be covered by the T&Cs. At the end of the day, they can always decline to take new bets from you - how that restriction is applied will be up to them.

If this impedes existing bets (e.g. free sports bets credited after wagering, accumulated stored value on a slot) then there might be a case for PAB - but otherwise I would say not because there's no case to answer, they just don't want your business anymore.

I think it's account based because my father first told me the game was reduced to 2.50 for his max bet and then I thought no way and I checked and it's 1.50 for. I mean that just seems crazy to me and I checked other associated sites of Sloto and the max bets still are able to go upwards of 25.

It's just sad to see this for slotocash because as I said this was my go to for years now, never an issue just good service and now this and what you mentioned above, really sucks.

But what a weird thing I checked many other casinos and they're all normal so it's like what is slotocash doing these days..Just is weird.
