Slotocash - refusal to pay for wagering.

I used the following bonus code:Redeem "FREESPINSQUEEN"
for 30 Free Spins(expires 6 p.m. on Jan 12th, 48hrs only)

I am a resident of Ukraine.
I fully complied with the conditions to clear the bonus.
And I set the output of the skrill maximum amount: $ 50.
Chat-support refuses to pay, citing the fact that I am a resident of Ukraine,
but the restriction for Ukraine of a Terms and Conditions specified for $7 Free No Deposit Bonus only.

My Username: DomsyuSloto

You marked Slotocash as recommended.

Please help to resolve the situation?

Slotocash is recommended for very good reasons. They treat real players fairly. Now just where did you get that bonus code? If it wasnt sent to you it shouldnt have been claimed. Anyway, shoot a pm to Ms Sloto who will take care of it. However, if the code wasnt meant for you and you claimed it I hope Georgina wont cave-in to your demand.

I tried to look at the bonusrules, and I couldn't find any countries that couldn't use them so it has to have been in the rules specifically for that freespin bonus. I could only see that people from Israel and Moldavia where not allowed to play there at all.

Do you still have the rules for that promotion please post them here. It should be in the mail you got.

I received this e-mail:

I received this e-mail: But to limit the country indicated only a no deposit bonus of $ 7?

So where did you get the code for the freespins? It does seem the code wasnt meant for you especially if you purely played thru no-deposit bonuses.

The management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries or individual players from promotional offers.

Players from the following countries do not qualify for the free no deposit bonus. Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan , Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina , Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia , Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tajikistan , Turkmenistan , Ukraine, Uzbekistan.

Management reserves the right to change or update the terms and conditions of this offer at any time and it is your responsibility to periodically check here for changes and updates.

Overall, this game is only one of the gates. Always right one with more rights.

Slotocash should be more conscious of the need to debar players from restricted countries from redeeming codes in the cashier. Updating the terms are fine but it must be accompanied by parallel action ie banning such players from ND bonuses. It is not right to simply say' players have the responsibility to check on them periodically because it will simply mean you have to check the terms each and every time. Imagine there is a continual bonus valid for the whole month and you change the terms of bonus midway. How would a player expect them to be different from the terms he played whilst earlier in the month? The casino also has a responsibility.

I am with you entirely agree, but this is the answer spokesman casino online. How to argue with them yet, I unfortunately do not know. Is that still write in

The situation is paradoxical.
It turns out that the casino has the right to change the rules during the game and after the game?
It's just a magical situation for any casino, or am I wrong?

I would say that you are wrong in this case.
The rule you posted was in use even before you took the free spins.

What I wish they did is, just as chuchu said, make sure that no one that is not eligible for the bonus to be able to claim it in the first place.
It can't be so difficult.

This is a common issue, not only at Slotocash, so next time you want to use a free chip anywhere ask in livechat first.

First time at Sloto'Cash?

Domsyu, was FREESPINSQUEEN your first time ever playing at Sloto'Cash, or you had already deposited there before redeeming this coupon?
I have also redeemed that coupon (it's a kind of first welcome no deposit bonus for the starting of the New Year), but I have already deposited with Sloto'Cash for some times now.

The explanation you received from Sloto'Cash is nothing more than the Terms & Conditions (T&C) for the "$7 Free Welcome No Deposit Bonus" (you can find those at:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
).

So, if this was your first time playing at Sloto'Cash, you have to understand that, according to their T&C, you were not eligible to redeem/receive a No Deposit Bonus coupon, no matter if it was the "$7 Free", or the "FREESPINSQUEEN".

I agree with what Chuchu said and suggested, but I also think that the explanation given by Sloto'Cash could and should be more precise and clear to avoid these situations.
We should note that the explanation refers specifically to the (definite article, not indefinite) $7 FREE NO DEPOSIT BONUS, as per their T&C; the management should instead explain the "new player" (a potential customer), that people from Ukraine are not allowed/eligible to receive a no deposit bonus the first time they play for real at Sloto'Cash.

As already said by others, I can confirm by personal experience that Sloto'Cash is a respectable casino and they pay out very quickly.

If they sent you an email with this code, then you'd maybe have justification for being upset. You never did say where you got the code, but if you got it from someone posting on a freebie forum you're out of luck.

I also did a Google search for this code and it seems that quite many no deposit sites/forums have posted it.

Even those I checked had included that it only was for depositing customers only (As Nifty mentioned).

But I can only assume that it is a problem that certain affiliates are posting stuff like this without saying that it is for active customers only.

These forums are often the problem. Casinos should punish those behind such forums as well as the dodgy players who frequent them. New players often stumble upon these sites and take what is posted at face value. As far as they are concerned, it works like regular advertising, so the casino is seen to have "bought" the advert in some way, and therefore is responsible for it's content. Only when you have a bit of experience do you realise that much of the "advertising" for bonus codes is NOT down to the casino, but deliberate deception by affiliates who just want to encourage more players to sign up via their links. Many have no idea that clicking such links generates significant revenue for the website.

The easiest sanction to apply is suspension of the affiliate account where promotion has been found to be misleading and causing incidents like this.

The other factor here seems to be that this is a code meant for loyal depositing players, but has been posted to "no deposit forums", which makes it misleading, although it would generate a sign up via an affiliate link, and the player would only find out they had been duped if they won.

I thought RTG software was able to block specific classes of players from redeeming coupons. It shouldn't be too hard to block these countries from redeeming any no deposit coupons by default. They should also look carefully at affiliates that use CPA deals rather than revenue share who bring in unusual numbers of players from restricted countries on the promise of a no deposit code. Even a genuine player would be deterred by this kind of situation as they would think they had been mislead into signing up, and would no longer trust the casino to honour anything else it promoted to them, such as a deposit bonus.

Changing terms at some arbitrary date mid way through a promotion DOES mean that players can only be 100% certain of the terms by reading them every time they play. I got shafted by Ladbrokes years ago when they ran a promotion for a whole month, and I read the terms in great detail at the start, and noted the end date. Ladbrokes changed the terms at some random date near the middle of the month, but didn't notify players who were participating so for two days I was playing the wrong game, the one that the original terms made clear was the game to be played throughout the running of the promo. The only way to counter this was to read the terms every day to spot any further changes, and spot some I did, but I didn't get caught out again.

I did not get the bonus code "FREESPINSQUEEN" on the personal e-mail.

"FREESPINSQUEEN" bonus code I found on the internet.
RTG software has allowed me touse this bonus code.

Initially, check, I used "$ 7 Free Welcome No Deposit Bonus", and also nono problems.
True up bonus play failed.

In summary, before you use the bonus, be sure to read the rules and chatting with tech support.
True, the tech support is not always adequate.

Thank you all for your help.

So there you have it. The code was located on the internet as I suspected. You would have gained more sympathy if you had honestly answered queries onwhere you got the code and whether you had deposited. Even if this is a freebie , if you had been honest from the word 'go' you would seem less dodgyand members may choose to side with you.

Which internet site did you get it from?

The site has screwed you over by allowing such codes to be published when in fact they tend to get sent out to loyal players by invitation.

Sloto are not in the clear either, RTG has developed facilities to counter this problem by making coupons personal to individual accounts and shown to players in the lobby when they log on. Club World have long since adopted this system, and where a player is not eligible for a code plastered over the internet, they will be blocked from claiming it.

If this site is also an affiliate for Sloto, they should be investigated for encouraging poor quality traffic and possibly suffer sanctions. If more operators cracked down on dodgy affiliates who use devious tactics to inflate their traffic, the problem of players finding offers on the internet that are misleadingly promoted as available without restriction would reduce.

Posting such codes is NOT allowed on this forum unless prior approval has been granted by the administrators. Approval is generally restricted to the casino reps for accredited casinos, and the offers must be posted in the forum section designated for such offers.

There are some forums that actively encourage members to share codes, even those where there is a specific prohibition against sharing the code with others in the terms sent in the mailer. The problem is that once posted, a reader does not have access to the mailer from which it came, so cannot see whether there is a prohibition against sharing.

Many players believe that the codes published are simply those that anyone visiting the casino website can see and use, so consider such forums as a one stop shop for all their codes, rather than trawling the internet themselves to look for them. The downside is that by not checking directly with the casino website, you are not getting to see the true terms and conditions, hence could fall into the trap of using a code that is NOT generally available to all, but only by invite to a selection of players.

The forums grew because casino software didn't do validity checks beyond the code itself, so there was no way to prevent any player from using any code. This has now changed, and software CAN tailor individual accounts to be eligible for only a subset of the released codes.

I can not say with 90% certainty, but somewhere in the region

Message that is a bonus for depositors was not.

Google gives a lot of links...

It was one of "Free" bonus sites

I think it's pretty clear that if you don't get a personal invitation to use a bonus code, then it's buyer beware - read the full terms and conditions, and/or contact their support to ensure there won't be any issues.

Or better yet, don't use bonuses.

Thank you so much for your advice, etc. etc.
But excuse me, I'm going to decide on their own what is best and what is worse.
Use bonuses or not, this is my personal decision.
And your advice in this regard - leave yourself.

Thank you all, for me to debate closed.

So, why the complaint?

It seems you are in denial that these sites are best avoided, and are just going to try again and again.

You WILL get caught out again, and you will no longer be able to plead innocence now that you know more about how these dodgy sites work.

I came upon one such site early in my playing, but once I became aware that they were prepared to promote rogue casinos as their "number one pick" because they paid more, rather than provided the best and most honest service, I stopped taking them seriously. I then found this forum via Google when checking out some casinos.

Casinos DO muddy the waters by turning a blind eye to affiliates that run such sites, and this makes the problem worse than it needs to be, and not just for the players. The operators also have to bear the costs of dealing with bad players who have been drawn by the promise of a "scammable" offer, rather than a good place to frequent on a regular basis.

If you are determined to be the "bonus whore", you have missed the boat by years, and you will NOT make money this way like many did in the early days. Operators have grown much wiser, and will no longer allow players to jump from one casino to another for the welcome boni alone, and pay up in the hope that it's good PR, or that they might end up catching this "picky" player for themselves.

If you want to advantage play, forget welcome bonuses, look for a more subtle approach through becoming a loyal player at a smaller collection of sites.

Gentlemen, do not misunderstand me.
When I play in an online casino, I just relax and distract from online - poker.
I am currently an IT manager at a large company and the game of poker in his spare time is only about 1/6 - 1/5 of my monthly income.
Play online - casino on a regular basis, the ability to not have the time - nor the desire.

And for your advice, thank you again.
