Slotocash great except for VIP issues

Hi everyone, I play solely at slotocash and I play often. I have loyalty played there for 6 years or so, probably depositing no less than $400 a month for that whole time. I like playing there and win enough to make it fun. Because of my loyalty and amount spent I was put into the VIP program. This is all well and good until about 6 months ago.

I had a really long losing streak and finally won something. Once my withdrawal was approved, my VIP status was immediately removed. It didn't bother me then because I had won something. I contacted support and asked why after all these years and countless amounts of deposits, why had my VIP status been taken.

I was told I needed to deposit more and claim less coupons. However, this doesn't quite make sense to me. Nothing has changed in my gameplay over this past couple years yet I was VIP for years playing the same way. My question is this, am I right to believe that slotocash has a VIP program that is solely for losing customers? I've spent a fortune there over the years, I completely think that they removed my VIP status because of a win.

That's what I don't understand, I always thought casinos took are of winners especially. I guess not sloto.
