So true. The LGA were misrepresented by the operator who contacted the player. The player told the LGA, leading the LGA to find out what the operator had done, yet they don't care! Still, at least they both replied to the player and told to operator to "do something". This is a MASSIVE improvement on the past where it could take months even to get the LGA to confirm receipt of a complaint, let alone do anything about it.
Yup, on a side note I had exactly this happen to me not that long ago. I couldn't get my deposit back (forget the winnings) from a rogue operator.
LGA contacted them and guess what - they were told that by all means I have received my deposit back! - and that was it, they took this (false) information for granted and closed my case. LGA is a total joke.
by today i did not receive any response/explanation from them and i basically gave up on ever seeing my money again...
no - nothing. no response , no explanation

Casino is joke so what do you except from the rep ?
I actually contacted Lga again regarding my case but no answers.. And i also contacted slotobank "support" but no answers...

I'll look into this later today to see what went wrong but for now I've changed the thread prefix back to the original.I do not no how the licencing exactly works and no jetball have posted here, But the licence seem to be from jetbull and the others carrying a white label from them ?
Any body no how it works?
The website is operated and managed by EveryMatrix Ltd, a company bearing registration number C44411, and having its registered address at Suite 4, Num. 62/63 Morina Court, George Borg Olivier Street, St.Julians, STJ 1081, Malta. EveryMatrix Ltd. is licensed and regulated in virtue of a Class 1 license numbered LGA/CL1/497/2010 and Class 2 license numbered LGA/CL2/497/2008 issued by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta. (www.lga.org.mt)
It's the Everymatrix white label license
Of 24 EveryMatrix platform clients, at least 13 of them also use the Everymatrix white label license, so they have same license number, same company number, same street address, etc.
All 13 have all or part of these listed on their web page company/license info.

I can understand a bit of it, By looking at the UK.GC Than every matrix licence status is jetbull than you have the white labels to include guts but I also see Guts also have a separate licence
