Sloto slow to process authorisation

Hi chaps ... I'm concerned at the hoops I had to jump through with sloto authorisation ... it's the first time I've had to print out a form and sign it, scan it and send it back, that was a pain and now it's been 6 days since I first sent the ID to them ... when they get around to approving my ID I guess I'll have another wait before my (small) withdrawal is processed. Is this delaying tactics ? whatever it is it's not good. No delay at all when taking my money but well over a week to get it back.

RTG casinos still request that signed form for some reason.

TO THE OP: with Sloto the first withdrawal will take up to 14 days i'm afraid, so hang tight

Rival casinos also asked for that earlier. Don't know if they still do.

Never done it with an RTG so I guess it's just if you've used a card to deposit.

I had to do it to get verified with ClubWorld a few weeks ago.
Found it quite a hassle but got it done anyway as I had a pending WD.
After this was done the WD was processed fairly quickly I have to say.

fourteen days to get verified? Casumo fully verified my account in 15 minutes, VS in 45 minutes vera and john couple of hours.

NO excuse for fourteen days my man.

CWG & JC/Slotastic verification took a couple days. Not too bad - once it's done, things run pretty well.

I envy you folks that can use Neteller, Skrill etc. U.S. .......sigh.....
