Being from the USA my choices for casinos is quite limited.. I finally got a prepaid card and made several deposits at Slotland.
It seems the least you can wager is 2.00 per spin, most are 2.10 to 2.50..Well, I gave it a whirl and another whirl and another..My question,
what slots do you play there? What do you feel has some potential to get some playtime..I played the ice queen, but the bonus round seems
to be impossible to hit...Any suggestions, thanks..

Over the years i played a lot of freebies on that site, never took them or their sister Casino "Winaday" seriously until a year back: they had some pretty lame games back then i.m.o, but the last few times i checked the site they have improved a lot, and as U.S. player i would definitely prefer them over a lot of other Casinos: i have also read a few good things about them from some people here with a good reputation. I also found the bets were to high, especially when back then the slots were so limited, but there are a few slots that have a lower denomination, there's the racing slot, which is playable from 0.55 ct. (11 lines at 0.5) and that can dish out some decent wins, and there are some more, but as i am not a real player there i can't really offer a lot of info... i bet there's a few here that will do:)
At least the racing game will give you more playtime since it's base coin value is 1/4 of what you have tried so far ^^

the sister site winaday will acomadate your betting range needs they have from .001 cent per line :D
and that is correct [.001 cent] all the way up to 4.00dollars a line that should keep you busy :D

I was also looking at trying Winaday or Slotland, anyone have experience with payouts? I cannot find them on accredited, rogue or not recommended lists.

damn, now that's low rolling :D

Winaday has bets much lower than $2.

The payouts are only processed once a week, which IMO is unacceptable these days.

Agreed. Slotland is a little to "rich" for my tastes. Minimum bets are to high.

Their sister site, Win-a-Day is my little Get-a-Way from the typical RTG,
Rival and 3Dice scene. Not a bad establishment at all. The Day-a-Week
withdraw thing they got going on is a teeny bit silly IMO.

Of the two, it has the better games. Slotland is very old, and the games originally coded in HTML, so no sound. Many have been converted to Flash now. Winaday came along later, and was coded straight to Flash, with most games looking more like the traditional slots, alongside the odd and quirky games that Slotland is famous for.

Although they pay on time, they have never changed from their once a week model. Having said this, the rest of the industry seems to be moving towards the Slotland model, with 24 hour pending becoming 48 and 72 hour pending; weekend processing being withdrawn, even the introduction of "bugger off Friday" at a couple of groups where the working week for cashiers has only 4 days. Digimedia casinos take LONGER to pay out than Slotland with their 10 day pending.

If you play at the weekend, a payment by midweek is not much different to the other casinos that pay after a 24/48 hour pending period that would start on the Monday.

The games are not random in the traditional sense, the slot is "eye candy", representing a simpler game process beneath. A further separate process determines the winning of the progressive. This means that the progressive winline is not "natural", which in effect makes the games "rigged". For example, a Royal Flush on the video poker games is NOT "natural", but only dealt if the progressive has been determined to have been awarded on that game. If not, the RF is impossible as an outcome, it is "blocked" from being dealt on the draw.

There are other "compensations" in a few of their games that become obvious to a UK Fruitie player after a while. There is a certain way to play their games for best value, and helpfully Slotland provides a strategy guide that gives a few hints.

Tried Winaday

O.K. So I just tried Winaday with a couple of deposits and the welcome bonuses.

Neat looking slots, remind me of UK AWP's, reasonable playtime as the slots payout lots of small wins but wow the bonuses are hard to get & when they do come around, I only had 2 in hundreds of spins, one paid zero the other x5

Back to 3Dice & RTG/Nuworks for me, I like to feel when I do get a bonus there is at least a chance of 100x or more!

It's important to remember (and it's stated on the website) that all the Video Poker style games, are still slots.

I find the minimum bets too high on Slotland for my tastes, Winaday is better that way. I've never made a cashout from either, although I have been in cashout position at Winaday.

Both are sponsors at Gone Gambling, and members there can find a few extra perks. I'll trust the plug is okay since Brian owns that site too.

Winaday is pretty good offering freechips even to infrequent depositors.

Limited slot selection, none of the games are very high tech, but they seem reliable IMO. Reliable enough I play occasionally.
