Okay, I decided to try this casino out with a paltry $10 deposit forgetting that unlike Inetbet this would not be sufficient to claim the welcome bonus. So I deposited $20 shortly thereafter and still there was no bonus. I went to live chat and asked and the reply was that the bonus was only valid for the first deposit. As such, both my 2 deposits cannot trigger the bonus. Since it was my fault, I played a little and proceeded to cash out.

As I already had an account at Jackpot Capital, I asked live chat whether I could have my account verified without sending in a faxback form and cash out at Slotastic and the reply was yes. Live chat then confirmed that my account had been verified and told me to proceed with the withdrawal. I couldnt as the cashier still stated that I needed to verify my account and when i returned to live chat it was disconnected. No sweat I thought as it might some time. Half a day later, I went back and still could not withdraw so I went back to live chat again. The support guy, Caleb told me that I could not withdraw because I had not wagered 1x the deposit yet so I went and wagered enough for a withdrawal. No way! The cashier still did not allow a withdrawal and then live chat was off again. This is absolutely ridiculous. With such lousy support staff, Slotastic should close shop imo. I am really disgusted with how they handled things.
