Slot not working Question

So this is a general question that actually happened. However, going to post it hypothetically.

If an accredited casino posts a new slot and players deposit and play. Then they pull the slot for not working properly do the players received compensation for the losses. (what they paid into the slot only). Or are the SOL.
 
I would think that would depend on what the specific problem was with the slot.

We have seen particular games pulled because they used too much resources and crashed or hung up and there have been others that were pulled because they were shown not to be paying what the were advertised to pay.

If it was the latter I would expect some kind of compensation.
 
I had actually logged into the site and saw the slot gone and Pm'd the rep and was told "we pulled the slot until it works properly" and that was it nothing else.

Oh hell I will just say it, It was Club World (Buzzluck) with WinDog slot several weeks back. Not sure if I can post the conversation thread with the person. IF i can i will.
