Hey all, has anyone had a problem with slow, slower, slowest pay from Slot Madness? I won $7500 on Aug 8,12 an have received a total of $1210 on 9/15. I have $2460 approved yet it's still sitting there. And the other $3750 has yet to be approved. I have won 2'x before this big win and received both checks within about 3 wks. Also, after the $7500 win they have blocked me from any bonus specials and tournments, stating that I am an professional slots player? When I won the $7500 I made a deposit with their no rules bonus and after that I can't have any bonuses or tournment play? How do you become a professional slot player when they are on random timers? Any info would be great. Thanx

Casinos don't like winners; lose your shirt, bonuses galore. It's common practise to bonus ban winning players. Just one of those chitty things that happens.

They are there for a number of reasons - not least of which is trying every trick in the book to not pay players.

They probably will pay you eventually, if you keep chasing them and keep your correspondence polite. What thy are really hoping for though, is that you will get fed up waiting, reverse it all & lose it. Please don't let these scumbags win.

I have done as u suggested and so far have gotten some $1210. And am working with only 1 person on their staff and seems to be helping. But I have noticed that in the beginning of me playing on SM it was licensed in Costa Rica which is what led to the rogue rating due to poor practices. I now have seen that they are now licensed out of The Netherlands which seems to be the most up front licensing country so far. Maybe that will help.
