SKOL Casino - 1st impressions

SO.... just having a little dabble at SKOL.... far too early to give a full opinion, but looks decent, i like the layout and the slot offerings. You can search by provider, so playngo brings up 162 games. Only time will tell in regards to payouts etc... but 1st impressions are ok.

They seem to be offering the higher end RTP's across the board - and this is pretty easy to check before loading a game.

Its a full list of their games, showing the RTP for each and every one. Nice to see such an open and transparent casino - and IMO another big plus.

Decent first impression - so far i like.

Yes I've been pretty impressed with the place, although I can't go into 'recommended' territory yet as I haven't made a cashout

Certainly the games seem to run flawlessly, no game disconnects/errors, and very few laggy spins across all providers - all the top RTPS too, and they've taken Book Of 99 which many casinos haven't.

Account registration went smoothly, depositing is no hassle, and bonus offers seem to be fairly generous so far.

The only thing I don't like is the time check which causes a hard disconnect from the game every hour, but only if you've been on the same slot for an hour, so I've got into the habit of reloading the game I'm on at about the 55 minute mark if I've been on the same slot for that long.

@ChopleyIOM it was your book of 99 vid that prompted me to give it a go.
I agree account set up and 1st deposit inc bonus very easy and hassle free - took less than 5 minutes.

I also have not had a disconnect from any game yet either (unlike 21casino) but very early days.....

I quite like the gentle time reminders you sometimes get when leaving a game. Well written and not too intrusive

Have you spoke with customer support? No hard disconnects for me

Had a few withdrawals.

All paid within or around 48 hours.

21Prive (also part of same group) advise 48-hour pending but have paid mine within 24 hours and one, almost immediately.

In my opinion, hard to find better casinos for the UK at the moment.

Anyway the casino seems to be by WHG so nothing to complain there. I already play a lot at Jonnyjackpot, they have the same games as Skol and same RTP. They also send match bonuses really frequently. Wager reqs are on the higher end but overall WHG is a decent group.

Its a new laptop - so no cookies at all, all other games load fine - just microgaming. For me thats a loss of marks - I cant play microgaming games.
I don't have the same issue at 21casino.
You may say it something wrong at my end - but you have no idea if that statement is correct.

Put it this way, if i was asked to assess the casino right now - it's clearly relevant - and an issue for one player - especially in regards to game loading or similar - is frequently replicated with many others

So Skol Casino have now decided to add this horrendous massive white bar to the bottom of the screen that I don't want and can't find a way to get rid of.

Why would anyone want that there instead of, y'know, the actual game they're playing?

I have no idea who makes these awful UI decisions.

The game real estate was already limited by the bar at the top of the screen, and now they've added one to the bottom as well!

Skol Casino have sent me a modest 50% bonus offer so I figured that might be a good opportunity to give the new NLC slot a try in real money mode tonight and make a video. However, alas, they've done this.

And it's not a typo.

Looking at NLC's recent releases this seems to have started with Infectious 5 and El Paso Gunfight, everything earlier than that is still on the 96% maths model. (East Coast West Coast and San Quentin are on 96%, for example.)

Sigh, I was starting to quite like Skol. Decent game selection, reasonable bonus offers, cashouts were OK (if a little slow), site was fine with no laggy spins or disconnects.

I don't do nerfed RTPs though, so that's the end of that.

Yes, that takes Skol off of my top spot list now.

Shame as I imagine that will now be the same across Diamond 7, Slotnite, Hello Casino and 21Prive as they are the premium WHG sites - funnily enough I was just getting warmed up with them also. They will never see the deposits they could have but im sure that wont bother them until there is more awareness.

Strange with the slow cash out mine always paid within minutes on here even at 4am
