I did a withdraw for 2500 in April with Silver Oak I was told I was a VIP player, of course when I made withdraw that all changed, I was told by withdraw Manager at time (Nicole) who has now left the company and by (Nick) both my so called vip reps. That they would remain my rep til all payouts were complete, I did another withdraw on 5/9/2013 for for 2500 as well. I know longer have access to speak to VIP reps. I have received half of my first withdraw (1152.00 on June 8th) I am still waiting for the other half (1153) which they say was approved on June 4 also that i would have to wait 10bus days to appear in my account . Well passed that time and still have not received Im told to contact payouts (by email) escalations dept (by email). And still waiting..

Very pissed and aggravated player..

Dear Cheryl,

Thank you for your email and your questions.

The simple answer to your question is that you will probably receive payment installments of approximately $1000 or more every 15 business days (Monday-Friday) until you reach the $5000. The more complex answer is that sometimes we experience delays with processors and that timeframe can vary. We are not able to give exact dates for payments, because it depends on how each payment is processed.

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot send big chunks of money in lump sums. Nor would you want that solely to avoid any IRS complications. The amounts have to vary and the time intervals in which they are sent have to vary. The important thing to remember is that you have received the initial installment of it, and the rest will come. We ask that you please be patient.

We appreciate your understanding.

Best regards,

This fails to explain why you were thrown out of their VIP club. This is more telling of their attitude to paying you than this overly polite bullshit ridden email.

Try "every 15 business weeks" and you might have a better idea of how long this will take.

Silver Oak used to be called Crystal Palace, the only casino in history to confiscate my winnings (thankfully off a free chip, not a deposit bonus). Prior to winning, they were emailing me constantly with some crazy offers like 200% up to $30,000 which could be taken 3 times a day over several days.

They now appear to be part of the Virtual group, but they will deny it. They are in the rogue pit because they treat losers like royalty, but don't like anyone who manages to win, and it can be hard to get paid, if not impossible.

You were VIP because you kept on depositing and losing. They were making money from you, and luring you to depositing more.

To the OP: I am somewhat surprised. You have been with the forum for 1.5 years and made 30+ posts yet you didn't notice they were rogues and decided to deposit with them. Maybe you were flattered by the VIP STATUS. Now it seems you are more like flattened.

I can only say you had made a bad decision by depositing at this rogue. For all others, these are crooks. Anniemac, posting above, had a torrid time just getting paid a few hundred bucks. She was, however, vigilant enough not to deposit after getting her money.

Silver Oak

I too am having a hard time collecting from Silver Oak Casino. I was pulled in by being solicited as a VIP player and big bonuses. I made a $2,000 withdrawal request 6 weeks ago, and for the last two weeks have been told that I would be paid "this week". I also have another $1600 withdrawal with them that is just sitting in "pending".

Try to get your money the best way you can and then get the heck away from them as fast as you can.....................RunnnnnnnnnnnnnnN:eek:

There are too many good casinos out there that you do not have to beg for your winnings !!!!

Don't know if this will work now but when they owed me, I called them every hour on the hour until I got to talk to the manager. Even called in the middle of the night. They told me it was sent WU so I called WU and when they told me they had nothing for me, I would call Silver Oak.

They did send it WU but didn't tell me it was sent so I wouldn't know it and it would be returned to them. However, with me calling WU daily, I was able to get it.

It turned out to be a matter of principle for me. They pissed me off cause they lied to me so I became their worst nightmare. Also, I posted on every forum I belong to.

Just be diligent and you might accidently get paid.

Silver Oak

In all fairness to Silver Oak, I am happy to report that I finally got paid on my first withdrawal request of $2,000 after about 2 months of delays. I have a second withdrawal for $1,600 that I am still waiting on.

The only thing you can do is never leave them alone. Chances are you might never get paid but if they think you've given up you're guaranteed that you'll never see a dime.

I won 4k at a similar casino many, many years ago when I first started gambling online. I contacted them every single day until I was paid in full. I'm not saying this will work for you but I really don't think they care about their reputation. I think they eventually just get tired of being pestered sometimes and finally give in.

Wow! I figured them as roguish but didnt know they where that bad...they were just totally hyped and endorsed in a magazine I get once in a awhile. Players Rewards. That's screwed up.
