I started doing that ages ago and then just stopped taking screenshots as I either couldn't be bothered or I wasn't satisfied enough.

What looks like something that took ages to do actually only takes a few minutes. Then I discard the previous "latest post" and bookmark the new one. Then rinse and repeat for the next time I have something to post. Easy peasy.

It was almost the perfect hit on the base game mate. It happened about a month before I joined CM, so quite a while ago. Back in the day when the idea of taking a screenshot was totally alien to me. God knows I wish I had taken a screenie, because it was an absolute doozy. Basically, I got one of the two top paying symbols on reel 1 and the same symbol on reel 5. I also had fully stacked top-paying symbols landing on reels 2, 3 and 4, which turned all 3 of those reels wild. The placement of the top paying symbols on Reels 1 and 5 were exactly where I needed them to be (on the same row) to get multiple 5OAKs (either 7 or 9). I was that stunned at the time I didn't even remember the amount I won. But it must have been at least £1,400 (I was betting £1 a spin - a 5OAK of a top-paying symbol would pay £200). The sick thing is, because I was playing with a hugely -EV bonus (I was very naive back then), I busted long before I cleared the WR. You would never see me betting a £1 a spin on any Marvel slot today.

And FWIW, I do agree, it's not a good game. I basically got the biggest slice of "first-time playing it luck". And I soon found out just how bad the game is when it's cold. I would agree re: Marvel slots being hard to land good wins on. The big wins are definitely there, but getting them is so bloody tough. The screenie threads (and the lack of Marvel screenies on them) would appear to back that up. Probably my favourite Marvel game is Elektra. But I have hardly played any of the Marvel slots for at least the past year and a half.

Yes, I was able to finish the full 1800 spins. There is no max win to my knowledge. Realistically, because the base game is quite poor (except for the potential that the King Kong Goes Ape bonus provides - and also because the King Kong goes Ape bonus is not available during free spins), you will be lucky to average a win of 1x bet per free spin. I actually averaged about 0.86x bet per free spin. But the sheer number of free spins is what delivers the big payout.

Medusa II, like King Kong, is a NextGen game. NextGen are known for their medium-high/high variance games. Tough to hit on, but when you do, it's usually a high quality hit. I've managed two 1000x hits on Gorilla Go Wild and two on 300 Shields. And I don't play NextGen that much. They can be very good, but approach with caution. There's a reason I don't play NextGen that much, it's because they have shredded my balance many a time with very little in the way of "entertainment" to show for it.
