Just hit this on one of the latest Hacksaw releases called Toshi Ways Club. 1,768x

$50 depo to one of my regular dodgy crypto joints, followed by a $412 withdrawal.

From a three scatter naturally landing bonus. Got the top symbol in the blue octopus mini feature.

Must have had 2000 spins on that last week and not an ounce of luck. Brutal volatility

Think i just got you beat with that symbol, eh @satchnz ? 😋

Side note: by the way @avfcalex23 and @satchnz : did you check the fun minigame in that slot? Rare for providers to put in some interactive shit, but Hacksaw deffo upped their game on this one :p

If you click on the little minimize window button, displayed in the slot's top right, it lets you play a mini game, where the mouse button makes the octopus jump...check it and see..(i managed to stay at it for about 4 minutes :p)...and if you click on the close button next to it, you get a small animation..

I really appreciate extra effort like that from providers! Instead of churning out cheap copies with little to no effort :D

On to the next shot: played the new game on @3Dice , which is a fairly down to earth, old school 10-liner with good line pays, and a fun bonus round with 3 levels: Pinata Grande.

Prizes in it can vary, of course the best ones are only available in level 3, and are 500x and 1000x
Got both of them in this round for 1800x-ish! But it can also pay like 200x in total, or thereabout :p

Yes I did enjoy the mini game a bit like flappy bird. It passed the time in between 1000 dead spins 😊

Annnddd… surprise!

Any deposit bonus over 100% carries a maximum cash out restriction of 15 times the deposit amount unless otherwise stated.”

I have played Uptown Aces for over 10 years. I have fairly recently cashed out on similar deposit bonuses. This is a new rule and while I understand that there are risks to taking bonuses, I have such a long history with this casino, I did not think things would suddenly change.

I am so sick of casinos finding ways to screw players over. Thanks for screwing me out of $8K, @Sloto

Was there any other indication that some aspects of the promotion might've changed, like new graphics, or did they just update the terms quietly and call it a day?

@cappync We are sorry to hear about your experience.

Our bonus terms have been updated last year.

We understand that as a long-time player this may have come as a surprise and we are truly sorry about your frustration.
if you need any more clarification or help, our team is there to answer your questions.

Like i said... I have been playing there for YEARS. This was never an issue. To answer your question, @PeenyBunslinger there was no indication. Just quietly slipped into the T&C's.

@Sloto I last made a full withdrawal on Sept 15th, 2025. So when exactly was this new rule implemented? Was there any indication or announcement? No, there wasn't. Just sneakily slipped them into the T&Cs.

This is why you are on the NOT RECCOMENDED list. Casinomeister considers you untrustworthy and after YEARS of defending you on this forum, I do as well. Shame on you.

Any rtg casino that has capped cashout should be closed right away.

They are lower rtp slots due to the jackpots, and max wins only capped at 2000x on their slots, with very high wager on their bonuses. Making it near impossible for a player to ever win big.

Cashout and close the account. The best way a player can fight back is taking away their business.

I will be closing all my slotocash casinos later today because of this.

Casinos need to suffer financially over this type stuff.

Sorry this happened to you. I have been bitten recently too by terms I missed. Although not for your amount but still annoying cause the terms were so bad. Max cashout 5x the deposit. Cashed out $1600..They took $1350 of it back.

The infuriating thing is there was absolutely no mention of a max cashout when i entered the bonus code. Why would i read the T&C's? I've played there for over a decade.

I am also closing everything Sloto once i cash out. They took over $10,394 from my balance. I tagged @Deanna and @Savatage79 because I know they play there as well.

@Sloto Really classy way to treat a loyal 10+ veteran player. I have deposited and lost 25x the amount you just took.

To anyone looking for new casinos to play, avoid the following casinos:
  • Slots Capital Sloto'Cash, Uptown Aces, Miami Club Casino Red Stag Casino

You are not sorry. You just avoided paying out a $10K Jackpot. Congrats on your win!

You would've understood that before too, when you changed the terms of the promotion without notifying players. If a minor change to the text of the terms was the only indication that the promotion had changed from one month to the next, then some amount of players were inevitably going to experience this.

Typical scummy casino behaviour.

@cappync Normally, max cashout is clearly communicated when it applies. The bonus itself will explicitly say whether it has a max cashout or not to avoid issues like this.

I have asked our team to double-check on your case, just to make sure there were no mistakes made there, so please hold on while they do that.

I just received an email stating the following:

“After reviewing your account again, we have determined that your last withdrawal was mistakenly declined and the amount was incorrectly deducted from your account.”

Thanks for making this right, @Sloto

Yea dude they are ridiculous I'm sick of them I been there for has to he a decade now and they just fucking suck, won close to 6000 the other day and my account returned to what appeared to be 3000 per week... I cashed 3000 and I just got email this morning saying management decided my weekly is 1500, so idiotic I just can't stand it... Uptown aces is superior on this front but they're a sister site so I don't get why they're just so much better?

Looks like they made it right for you but that's still frustrating to see and hear about

@Savatage79 Withdrawal limits may change based on account status. I know this can be inconvenient, but it´s not permanent.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. And congrats to your winnings!
What I'm saying tho @Sloto is this for the last year it was 1500.00 because on the withdrawal page it had no max withdrawal.

When I hit this it was back after a year it showed the normal 3000 limit for checks and 2500 for bitcoin. So I was happy to see my account reverted back.

So it litrelly changed upon my cash out, that's pretty crappy don't you think? It's like they didn't expect me to win quickly and decided nope back to 1500 you go we don't want to pay you the 3000. It literally just went back to 3000 like 3 days ago.
