Hi all, hope those in the UK are enjoying the bank holiday. Great to see the weather back to normal!

I have a large withdrawal pending since the 22nd of August at an accredited casino.

Should I be worried and start a formal complaint or chill out a bit and give it a few more days?!

I play at a variety not casinos and most are pretty clear on the withdrawal processes and timelines but this one doesn't publish in the Terms and Conditions. Love chat sy don't worry about it, it will happen when it happens!

Keen to hear thoughts and opinions!

Cheers

Dave

Rather depends on a few things
Which casino?
Have your documents been verified?

It's really hard to know based on the limited info provided.
Have you reached out to the rep?

As long as you followed the T&C (and bonus T&C if you had a SUB etc) there will be nothing to worry about. Most casinos are based in Malta so a good chance it will be processed on Monday.

Have you verified your player account? This process normally drags the withdrawal process a few more days.

Thanks all for your replies, really appreciated.

The casino is called FreakyVegas.co.uk.

I didn't take a bonus with them as I tend to avoid with most casinos due to the wagering requirements etc.

I'm fully verified with the casino and followed the terms and conditions. As mentioned above they don't publish their withdrawal timelines but with others that i have used I have only experienced three calendar days max

I contacted the CM rep via PM on here. Maybe they will get back to me tomorrow?

Fingers crossed and thanks again for your help,

Cheers,

Dave

Have you sent them your ID docs and address verification. They will definitely need those before paying out a substantial win (anything over £1K) If you have won really big expect a source of wealth request as well.

Hi, the forum rep (Lucas) has been in touch and is helping out so hopefully that will get things moving.

It is a large win, but I've not been asked for anything over and above my original verification documents (bank statement and passport) do I'm assuming everything is ok on that front.

That is why I'm getting worried though as the casino hasn't commutated anything at all since I requested the withdrawal on the 22nd.

Cheers,

Dave

5 days for accepting a withdrawal, pfffff!

Hi there,

If all kyc is received and verified, withdrawals are approved and processed generally within the hour. Is there any document still missing in your account?
If you'd like to send me your username in pm, i can check and get back to you.

Cheers!
Lucas
