Sharkcasino wont pay my wins

This is my first post and my english grammar is bad, hope you get my situation :).

I registered at the casino and deposited 200$ for the 200% upto 400$ bonus(the bonuscode is WELCOME). The bonus needed to be wagered 30x. I wagered all that it required and asked for a cashout(840).

I send all the documents that they asked (ID, FAXBACK, UTILITYBILL). After a few days they did close my account and only sended back my originaldeposit(200$).

I contacted livechat and they accused me of having already an account on the site. I have never had any account at the casino. They owe me 640$ still of my withdraw. Here is a chatlog from the livchat:

I liked the 'group' excuse. If they can get away with this, whenever a coupon code is redeemed more than once they can deduce that the second player knew the first player and so on and this forms a group where only the first redeemer of the code can cashout winnings. Therefore, if you happen to know a person who plays at Shark and share the coupon code, you are a group. So, if Inetbet(just as an example) who is also RTG thinks of it the same way, we can forget the code given to us at this forum as we are a 'group' Luckily, not all are like them.

Msipila, you should now go to the Pitch a Bitch section and fill in the form to montana Disputes and keep us ionformed of the progress. If they insist on such nonsense, it's a matter of time before they are rogued.

So if I played at Shark and didn't go through an affiliate's site, they could claim that I must have heard about it from a buddy and thus I too am a part of a group and should not be eligible for the bonus. Come on. The bonus was on the Shark website. Also, if someone plays at Shark and they believe that the person might be related to a previous player, how can they just conclude that the relationship actually exists. Do they have a geneology department to determine family groups or a psychic to determine if you have a buddy who has ever played at their casino before? Seems like a stretch.

I played at this casino and finally received my cashout from them but they failed to respond to my many emails. At the very least, I would say that their CS needs improvment. IMO Also, I wonder if they will tell some one else who plays at their site, who has the same last name, that I have played there already (giving them my name in a chat session) Then after disregarding my privacy, do they tell that person that since you have the same last name as this other guy, you constitute a group and therefore you are not eligible to recieve your winnings?

They offered a 200% up to $400 cashable bonus. I think they concluded that this was a mistake since the bonus has now been changed (didn't last very long). I guess taking the original poster's winnings helps them to make up for some of their losses from this promo.

Shark had been cleaning up its act since their tricks as Welcome to our Casino, but sounds like ole George may be reverting to some old habits.

BUT WHAT? but you used the same bonus as 2 other finnish players and didnt use an affiliate site.
Im not even sure if your friend told you hey theres this site that you should play at, ive had a great experience you should try it. Does that constitute a group?!? If i make a post saying shark is the best casino ever and they have some bonuses, and people then join because of that post are we a group? that seems to be what CS is alluding to.

Now i got a new email from them that they are saying that i had multipleaccounts at this site. This is just not acceptable.

Let me inform you that you did not follow the rules because you create an
account in our casino having knowledge that some body else already has an
account in our casino using your same information and computer.

Due to this the system did not allowed us to pay your winnings and just
return back your original deposit, as you can see your account have been
deactivate and there is no longer money available on it, because it was
already removed by the system.

As we mentioned before and as is stated in our website accounts are limited
to one person, family, household, group, player computer and or ip address.

There is nothing we can do about this issue, we will appreciate your

Is he honestly saying that the crack team he has monitoring for fraud doesnt know that Finland has more than three people.

He must think we are morons.

1. Wait for a customer trying to withdraw.
2. Stiff him.
3. Return to 1.

SCENARIO B

1. Wait for a customer trying to withdraw
2. Stiff him.
3. If customer complains give a ludicrous explanation (any will do) and pay his money.
