  • Allow customers to exit promotions at any time with their remaining deposit, plus any winnings from play with their deposit, and make this opportunity clear to them
  • Ensure customers can clearly distinguish between playing with bonus funds and playing with their own money
That is clearly stating cash and bonuses must not be tied together.

I would like to present, how we changed our website, to clearly show which is the bonus and which is the real money. This is, how you will see your wallet if you're registered as UK player. I believe we are 100% compliant with UKGC requirements and we allow customers to exit promotions at any time, with their remaining deposit, plus any winnings from play with their deposit.

If they are doing that they should be reported to the UKGC and CMA, and if you won from your deposit and they refused to pay you would win in court. The rules are clear.
Well done Shadowbet for sorting it so quickly

I know mate, I emailed one of the largest affiliates on here about it and he effectively said that because of the short notice from the UKGC on it, he was turning a blind eye to it. Seems pretty clear to me though.

Well thats shite, almost every casino has changed over in the 'short time' they had to do it, if affiliates want to promote casinos who scam customers then their choice, hopefully customers notice and stop using them :)

  1. Your cash deposits can be withdrawn at any time, unless we have reasonable grounds to suspect promotional abuse or irregular play. You can find more about this

Are you sure you hadn't dipped into the bonus, not even by a penny? I don't play there so can't comment on them, but certainly on G'Day, 21Prive and Hello for well over a year I've been playing at them you could withdraw at any point.

Yes, thats right, which is why some casinos are now changing to charging 5% if it hasn't been played through once.

Must apply to different countries. There have been many times I have been up without touching bonus and they have refused to let me cash out. Also, the wagering starts as soon I take bonus too.

The link you provide takes me to some promotional offer unrelated to general bonus terms. But when I do go into the terms on the sites, this is all i can really find

The deposit and possible winnings connected to the bonus will be locked to the casino account until the wagering has been completed. Where promotions do allow withdrawals with an active bonus balance, at this stage, any remaining bonuses will be revoked.

(iv) The Casino welcome bonus is subject to standard play-through requirements as laid out in the Promotional Terms and Conditions above with the addition that you must wager on the total amount of cash deposited and bonus funds received.

So it must be country based then, I didn't know that, but it is good to know :)

Is Shadowbet connected to InstaCasino in any way? I just got a very similar promotion from both

One day we will be back :(

Just noticed that Shadow are restricting their reload bonus betsize to £2 - which is fine.

However, they are also restricting betsize on the initial cash deposit too.

I.e if I deposit £100 and get £50 bonus, the initial £100 cash element is also restricted to £2 bet size.

Surely this goes against the UKGC segregation of funds rule, where the cash element must be both encumbered, as well as withdrawable?

And we are looking at the light at the end of the tunnel here. Is Shadowbet good to go?? Please state your yea's or nays.

Hi guys. I will reply to your notice asap, but it's a specific technical case I need to discuss internally tomorrow. Please let me look into this more deeply.
