Serious Delays at PKR (Casino and Poker)

Just thought I would make members aware of a pretty serious issue at PKR which has been going on many weeks since they migrated to the Microgaming Network.

Withdrawals are stuck with many hundreds of players waiting 15 days or more without updates or receiving their winnings. The reason appears to be technical rather than anything else but plenty of pissed off people in their forums.

I'm sure once the initial problems are sorted PKR will be as good or even better than the olden days. It's nice to see new downloadable VIPER casinos still coming out

So have they gotten rid of the unnecessary graphics now then I gather? that meant it gave my computer graphical headaches! Didn't know you played the cards . Need to have a wee heads up some time! I might actually download it again now because microgaming download casinos somehow work on this thing as long as I don't have a million slots running at the one time.

I didn't even know PKR had migrated, it's been so long since I played there. Will definitely download the casino though and hit them once the issues are ironed out.

I'd wait at least a few weeks before trying it, looks like they're having some big issues with the migration. I am 15 days in now waiting for my withdrawal!

PKR Meltdown

Hi,

In-case anyone was in the same position, I have now had my withdrawal approved after about 17 days of waiting and 3 separate requests for the same document which was sent all 3 times to the relevant department. They did not actively ask me for anything, I had to pursue support regarding the withdrawal each time. On my 'succesful withdrawal' email it says this -

*Your withdrawal may have been subject to a fee of up to 2%

Please be aware that whilst PKR processes your payment as soon as it has been approved, it may take up to 14 working days for your payment provider to process the funds to your account, depending upon the payment method you are using. Where applicable, transactions will appear on your card statement as “PKR Ltd”.

Not so sure about that 14 day clause..

Thanks for the update, very surprised at the 14 day processing!

I read on their own forums they have taken on extra staff to process withdrawals, but subject to training it may take several weeks before they catch up with the backlog.

Bit on an update with PKR.

Withdrawals are faster *only* if you post on their public forum, otherwise you still wait up to 14 days.

Furthermore, withdrawals are limited to 20,000 a month - surprising for such a big poker brand
