self exclusion question

Not sure if this is in the right place and may be a stupid question but just say i self excluded from all gambling etc like gamstop, if i won the lottery will i be paid out?

Obviously i can walk into a bookmakers place a bet and they wouldn't know who i was but if i was to win big enough to require my details like the lottery I think this is a dodgy area.

The lottery aren't part of gamstop from what I can see so it wouldn't affect you

National Lottery is fine as it's part of a different kind of licensing. But, begs the question, if you won £1m+ with Lottoland or one of the dodgy sites like Multilotto or World Lottery Club it would be far from certain.
