Ok well basically I won 1000 on cirrus and tried to cash out. But since the phone # I provided was not my real phone # (I don't like to leave my # online) they are refusing to give me my winnings even though the address I gave is correct and I offered to give them my real # so they can call me. Is there anything I can do to now or did they basically just screw me??

thanks

how did they know it wasnt your real number? I've never gotten asked that when cashing out..

they can't deny you winnings cuz of that!

Hi freedyx,

And welcome to the forum. Before you start slamming them too hard, I would suggest using the available channels you have available to you. Their manager Christine is a member of the forum, either PM or email her your problem here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/3982/

She should be able to answer your questions and resolve your matter.

I had talked to Christine and she was actually quite rude. I offered to give her my real number so that she can call me but she just said that I violated their rules and just hung up of me. Even though I had send proof of my address (bank statement) she refuses to do anything.

:what: Well that's a hokey-pokey no-no.

I'm sure she'll be in here first thing Monday her time to explain this :D

Great it would be great for me and everyone else here to hear it from her. Let's see what her logic is.

Christine is on vacation, not suppose to return back until Tuesday.

I don't like to give out my number (or anything if I can help it) over the net either.

I have a second number I give out freely - and never answer. :p

christine is quite skilled at hanging up on people it seems

especially when they have legit claims she have no other way to weasle out of, i tried my best to stay out of the other cirrus thread as i don't want to let my subjective opinions have an effect on my postings

but this thread just hits too hard to home, a few months back i had a 1k pending cashout from cirrus, that was supposedly "approved", but they took no action for 4 straight weeks, i have complete chat logs when i spoke with support for 6 days in a row, each time support promised me the money would be in my neteller account that NIGHT at the LATEST!! on SIX STRAIGHT DAYS I WAS GIVEN THE SAME PROMISE....

i was finally fed up on the SIXTH DAY, so i merely told christine that "i was not satisfied with their services and would be hesitant to recommend my friends to cirrus casino" (my exact words) and SHE JUST HUNG UP ON ME!!

i dare cirrus, here and now, to post the complete chat log of our last conversation (as they seems to apt at keeping chat logs) and indicate what exactly i did to deserve such rude treatment from "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

i had to engage to the meister's personal help before i received the said funds (my humble apolgies to the meister if i diverged too much personal details that i might have implicitly agreed not to when i engaged your services)

btw, meister, i wrote down on my list that i would buy you a dvd for the help, and i totally forgot! i'll take care of it this week :D

Wow looks like she's pulling the same crap with me, I really hope the meister can do what he did for you for me. I really need your help here man :notworthy

So I assume Christine is back today. I'm looking forward to hearing from her. Will she see this thread and just reply to it?

Hi freedyx,

I have the casino's reply, and it ain't good - at least it doesn't look good in your favor. There are two accounts from your "household" (which is at a well known university). Different user names, different real names, two bogus phone numbers. I was thinking that it could be another person in your dorm, building, or whatever place you are in - but the birthdates are identical.

Do you have a twin sister at the school who may have opened an account? Please let me know.

As for being hung up on, I hope you weren't being rude to the person on the other end.

Hi Bryan,

Yes I told a friend who lives in the same apartment building to sign up for the deal too and I helped her sign up. We live in the same apartment but different rooms. It's the same address (same building) but different room #s. If Cirrus wants, I can tell her to since her bank statement to prove that she lives in the same building but in a different room. And whatever info she provided to Cirrus is between her and cirrus, I just told her bout the great promotion.

Why does she have the same birthdate and a bogus phone number - like you?

To be honest I have no idea what she filled in. But like I said I'll be more than willing to ask her for her bankstatement which proves that she lives in the same building as me but in a different room. Maybe she put in a false phone # for the same reason why I did it.

It's pretty odd that she entered your date of birth, isn't it?

By the way, did you read this?
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

All accounts must have a correct contact phone number and valid physical address listed in their account information on the date(s) of all deposits. Use of an invalid phone number or address is grounds for forfeiture of any / all winnings and closing of the account...

...Accurate personal details, which can be verified, must be entered at account opening. Submitting incorrect details will be deemed as an attempt to defraud, which will result in the loss of winnings or promotional money...

...Please note that all promotions are only available ONCE per person, family, household, address, email address, credit card number and shared computers, i.e. university, fraternity, school, public library or workplace...

Should have read the T&Cs when you signed up. It's odd that your friend didn't read the T&Cs either.

I also hope you read this:

Want me to keep digging? Or should I just forget about it. The choice is yours.

But you helped her sign up - "....and I helped her sign up."

You're in the wrong place to try pulling this nonsense, bud.

Can we say contradiction?

This is friggin hilarious. Are people that burnt that they can't come up with a fake birthday? Time and time again we see the fraudsters getting busted because they use similar or the same personal info for all the fake accounts they have. I have even seen it here with fraudulent players making claims about a casino not paying them, and then another new forum member will pop up with very similar complaints. When you view their profiles they have information that is a dead give away that they are the same person.

If I help someone else sign up that doesn't mean I have two accounts. Like I said I am very willing to provide proof. But if the fact that my friend and I both live in the same building invalidates my account then I guess there's not much I can do now.

Actually Cirrus is right in this case. You should have told them the
correct tel number at first place because Cirrus people sometmes call
you for promo or some kind of such stuff and they will know it is a lie.
But I hope your case will be resolved by either Montana or Meiser's warm
hand.

It's not that. Your "friend" has the same birthday as you. I was hoping it was your twin sister, but since "she" is your friend - I guess I'm wrong here. You stated that you helped her out in setting up her account, how far did you help her? Perhaps you set it up for her and entered your birthdate by mistake.

My suggestion is to take it to Montana Disputes. Sorry, I've decided not to help you.

If you can't help him, then why leave this thread open? [/nitpick]

The only things it could accomplish is unjustified criticism of you and other things that probably shouldn't be posted.

Oh come on - I think we all can see why Bryan has chosen not to take this further and I doubt he'll get any criticism for it.

On the slim chance (and I mean slim) that the player is independent to the other player, then he's still broken several rules that the casino has in place to protect themselves so why should he waste his time on this when there's plenty of other things that time can be spent on?

I don't lock threads - I have done this only on rare occasion when I make the command decision that a conversation is over.

It's my prerogative to assist. If I feel that someone has not been upfront with me, then it's tschss - goodbye - adios. If this bothers people, then they need to take up a new hobby besides Casinomeister bashing. They ought to take up writing poetry or something.

The player broke the terms and conditions anyway. This is crystal clear. When you sign up at just about any casino, you are required to read the T&Cs. Apparently this player did not since he submitted a fake phone number.

Then (according to him) he assisted someone else to set up an account. C'mon! How many of you have sat down at a friend's computer and set up a casino account? And if you did, wouldn't you ensure that the person's personal ID stuff was legit? Again, a fake phone number, and the birthdate is identical to his. And these people are in the same building with exact matching IPs.

And what shouldn't be posted? Have I disclosed this person's name or exact location? Nope. And if players decide that they want to make things public - that I have the right to explain things in public as well.

Finally, I didn't accuse anyone of being a fraudster. I merely pointed out certain things and gave the player some guidance - Montana Disputes is his best option.
