A few megaways games didn't even give me any feature at all(thank you Mr. Genie & Gorilla 4 screen slots). I wonder if I had 50k subscribers on a YouTube channel if I'd bonus those games some day? I went to Gaelic Luck to finish me off. This is the winning shot from after 10 free spins.

When a NDB at Casino Rewards is one spin away from ending in a bustout,
only for that spin to find not just one way to give you the finger, but THREE. :mad:

I was playing MM Isis at 50p a spin. After a dead spin, my balance drops to 8p.
So in order to "kill the bonus", I decide to play 4 lines at 2p, rather than 8 lines at 1p,
figuring that would increase my chances of a dead spin which would allow me to head for the exits.

But instead, this happens....

Un. F*cking. Real. I don't get so much as a sniff of a feature while playing 50p spins,
but the very second I am forced to reduce my lines, you chuck in 3 scatters like it was the easiest
thing to accomplish in the history of the universe. Son of a f.....

At this point, I just bloody KNEW the RNG was going to "randomly" (PAH!! :rolleyes:) pull out a monster
hit on an inactive payline. Sure enough, it didn't disappoint....

If I was playing max lines (or if the wild on reel 3 had landed on the middle row),
that would have been a win of £420. So yeah, thanks for that RNG :puke:

Yep, that's right. The win that triggered the feature made up the entirity of the win.
20 free spins ended up becoming 20 DEAD spins. Not even one scatter win for a paltry 96p *

* Not that I would have wanted one anyway :laugh:

Supposedly a higher potential max-win also.
Wonder if wins are capped at 10 000x/250k like on other blueprints.
Would make that extra potential kind of pointless.

So far so good. Reached the 16x multiplier for the 5 extra spins with 10 spins remaining,
giving me at least 15 spins on a multiplier of at least 16x.
Here's my chance to finally hit something decent on this. Or so I stupidly thought.....

Yeah this one was a shower of shit from the start. Got the feature, then a re-trigger.
15 spins played and I have won less than 10x bet.
So out of the goodness of Blueprint's hearts (yeah right! :rolleyes: ), I get another 10 spins.
And they were about as effective as a catflap in an elephant house.
25 spins, total win of 18.4x bet.

I asked Brian Blessed what his thoughts on re-triggers were. He didn't disappoint me....

I had 2 FRIGGIN' CHANCES for that twatting red gem which would have paid my biggest ever base game hit, 1012.5x on top of the total already won.

Even worse, this was towards the end of a 2440-spin run with NO feature and 37 'L's. :mad:

That's the one. Thought I'd give it a go seeing as I've watched YouTubers get continous huge bonuses on it. No chance. £50 gone at 0.40p a spin. Says 96% RTP, my RTP must be about 30%. Worse than Eye of Horus for dead spins. Tried it on "fun" mode right after, and wouldn't you know, couldn't get down to £990 without it spitting money back at me each time to take me over the £1000 starting "fun" balance. What a con.

Then even more strange, went over to Ted, another Blueprint game, 1st press into a bonus, and then another, and then another, and then another...and guess how much they all gave me in total? £50. What a coincidence.
 
Napoleon is arguably the worst slot ever in terms of

1. high dead spins count and
2. wastage of wilds

It can pay good, but you will likely get trolled to the gills in the process.

It really is one of those slots where you have to play 50 or 100 spins max and then leave no matter what.
Because the longer you stay, the more often the dead spins with multiple wilds show up.
And that will drive you mad to the point of wanting to pull your hair out.

And to think that I actually voted this game as Slot of the Year a couple of years ago.
I clearly didn't know then what I know about it now.

Yeah, it can be truly horrible.
I dont play it often because of how long the dead-streaks can go on.
Dont think ive ever seen a bonus without that "extra bonus symbols" feature showing up first.

And like you say, every damn spin its teasing with wilds that would make for an amazing win if only the right symbol/wild showed up on reel 2.

I think your opinion of Napoleon can be skewed if you were one of the lucky ones to catch it on a good day the first few times you played it, like i was. Because it lures you into a false dawn.

I have a relative degree of hope that should i play it constantly it will give me, say, a 5000x - only problem is i'll probably be 10000x down at least before i do.

Maybe I'm getting too old for these super HV games but i just like a bit of time on the slots for a deposit and even a few regular 50-150x's to tide me over, may leave with a w/d the odd time but that game brings me little joy if i go solely into play it with a 100 depo etc.

It's in the bracket as a slot for 'Made a w/d, left 50 in the account, see if i get lucky before i log out for the night' - same as DOA1/2.

Yeah I hear ya bigtime mate.

Only the other day I was giving Rick and Morty MW a go at 40p spins, Spinal Tap at 60p and Return of Kong MW at 40p, as well as trying out some other stuff. All on a £200 deposit.

Didn't make a withdrawal in the end because I never got above my balance, but I actually enjoyed playing them at low-ish stakes.

Playing the likes of Bonanza or DHV at £1 or £2 a spin just gets far too expensive after a while.
Time to go to back to playing sensible stakes for me (except for CFTBL obviously - because that game seems to love me).
