[strike]lucky18 online casino refuses to payout winnings, i hit a random jackpot back in november, all requirements were made, requested a cashout. it was approved a month ago. then they would not respond to my emails. after 8 tries they finally told me the winnings would be in my bank account dec 8th- it never appeared- after 6 more tries to reach them, they told me everything was taken care of and the money would be in my account in a couple of days, its been over 2 weeks now!!(and of course nothing happened) now they will not respond at all.some review sites think they are taking deposits but not paying out because they are closing shortley. what other options do i have before they close??? i have already filed a formal complaint with rtg etc. also if you know of any other casino review sites i can contact let me know-so other players don't get ripped off by this lucky18 casino.[/strike]

[Max says: the OP has retracted this complaint, see here.]

As the owners of Lucky 18 were arrested, I think you have little chance to solve this. But others are much more experienced here, maybe they can suggest a good solution for you.

According to the Israeli court reports, the sole owner of this company is a 34-year-old Israeli called Naphtali Goldman, if that's any use to you.

He was busted recently (see Casinomeister News btw) but was acquitted in court. Perhaps the disruption caused by his 'interaction' with the Israeli authorities discouraged him from continuing anyway.

Hey Jetset, have you got a link to that bit of news? I've trolled around, can't find it at the moment. I'd like to update the Warning with this new info. Thanks.

I keep getting a message from a Joshua Rowe. So I'm thinking someone is still running just who I have no idea.

Here's the news link to the fact the owner was acquitted for his charges, but no idea if he's still in the loop or not.

Sat888, I'm glad that you came back here and made clarification of this issue and I am also glad to have spoken with you and Sebastian earlier regarding getting this issue cleared up.

Just so the other forum members here know, Sebastian is the COO and Casino manager for Lucky18 Casino. I just got off the phone with him and the player sat888, who's real name is Mike. Mike confirmed to me over a three way conference call with myself and Sebastian that he was in fact going to be getting paid his money now that he got the issue of the faxback form cleared up. He also agreed to come back here and update this thread as I had suggested to him that he should and as he just did.

Hopefully Lucky18 will start to turn a new leaf now with more transparency and better communication channels kept open.

Sorry but the only thing I've seen from you is a garbled Pitch-A-Bitch submission. Obviously you hadn't taken the time to read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ, which is odd because the final segment of the PAB form says "I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PAB FAQ" to which you responded "yes". I had emailed you for corrections on that PAB and received no response from you.

Anyway, whatever, I'll assume the PAB is toast and edit your original post to indicate that you've retracted. FYI we don't simply delete posts here, that would be disrespectful to the other forum members who've taken the time to read and reply to your post.

In future if you wish to make use of the PAB service I suggest you read the PAB Terms and FAQ before proceeding. Your issue will get quicker attention and you're less likely to find the PAB Manager in this kind of mood: :axeman:

There has been a warning against Lucky 18 for ages, its a pity you didnt read it before playing

Your right they closed their site. No longer there:eek: I don't know how you might get your winnings unless you go complain.

Dear All,

Lucky18 Casino has no pending withdrawals with any player.

Currently we send thousands of dollars in withdrawals every week. In order to protect our players, we believe it is substantial and indispensable to perform verifications on their identities and personal details, so we can assure a fairer and secure gaming.

We understand our high security measures might create some delays on suspicious pending withdrawals, forcing players to open posts due to such comprehensible uncertainty; but what is not understandable is the fact that even Lucky18 Casino is up and running and it keeps operating with transparency and fairness, it has to be victim of an unjustified snowball effect made up by misinformation.

Thank you everybody for your interest and your comments, and we wish you a happy and productive new 2010.

Sincerely,
Lucky18 Casino
Casino Management
